Hampton Inn & Suites Show Low-Pinetop

I had an amazing experience staying at this property. I rolled in after a 300+ mile day on my motorcycle without a reservation, but I saw on the Hilton App they had a few rooms available. I normally would prefer a king room, but I took what they had which was a 2 bed queen.

First off, Show Low is a beautiful little town. I looked at availability in Springerville which is about an hour away, but I wanted to stay somewhere nicer. I couldn’t have picked a better town or location.

As for the hotel, it was extremely nice, and for the look of a mountain town which made it even more comfortable. The room was great, bed was comfortable, and it was extremely clean. I couldn’t have asked for more from a Hampton Inn.

The staff was amazing the whole time, very friendly and engaging which is a bonus when traveling solo. I would recommend this location to anyone near the area!

Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. My dad has some serious health issues and needed a comfy accessible room asap and they got us in quickly and made us feel important. The room is perfect and the staff are as well. Thank you so much

Very cozy beds. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. We had 3 reservations and the front desk was able to keep us in the same room all 3 nights, which was highly appreciated. And we appreciated the free breakfast! Thank you!

We stayed here over Christmas and the service has been phenomenal! Everything is super clean and the staff has been amazing. I could not recommend this hotel more! They even had small gifts for my kids.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Show Low- Pinetop was impressive, comfortable and exactly what we expected from a Hilton property. From our first contact with the front desk (Sarah), I knew the service would be top-notch. We were always greeted with a friendly smile at the entrance. All of our calls and requests were handled efficiently and with a smile. Everyone from guest services to housekeeping represented this hotel in a positive way. Great job to Ivon for an exceptionally clean room.

One mention I must make is for Lily who helped me at Breakfast. She is on top of her game. I joined breakfast later in the morning right before closing, but Lily patiently waited for me make my waffles and helped me put together a great meal to take back to the room. She really took the time to show she cared and that means so much to us. I really hope she is recognized for her level of hospitality because she's a shining star.

Just a few words for the corporate management team. The only real trouble we had were purely technical concerning the digital key not working at the side entrance, however, I had a feeling this might be out of the control of the management at the property, so not that big of a deal. Also the property is definitely overdue for new beds and pillows.

Hampton Inns are almost always good, but this was one of the best we've ever stayed at. The location is a bit outside town and off the busy road, and there's a lovely walking trail just at the end of the building.
Super-comfy beds, friendly and helpful front desk staff, lovely dining area for breakfast. And, yum, freshly-baked cookies in the lobby.
Nearby construction was no issue.
Only one negative - they need a second elevator. One is not enough - we didn't mind waiting, but others seemed a little miffed.

This was my first time ever to have stayed at a Hampton inn. I was so impressed from the moment I entered your hotel. The welcome bag with water and a candy bar was a surprise. It made me feel special. The rooms was cleaned and homey. I have total respect for your employees and the hotel itself. thank you

Ambiance and Decor: The overall atmosphere, design, and ambiance of the room, lobby, eating area, and outside facilities make this location our go to hotel while in Showlow.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near attractions, restaurants, hiking, antique shops, casino, several lakes close by, and much more..

I've stayed in a decent amount of hotels/airbnb's and this hotel was one of the best!! When you walked into the room.. it smelled CLEAN! Zero dust or anything leftover that could have been missed in a cleaning. Which is huge for me because I feel like I ALWAYS find something in a hotel room that grosses me out. I had emailed a day earlier about a pack n play, if they had them to provide. Which they did and already had it setup in the room! I had also asked to be near one of our friends who was staying there and they put us right across the hall. The older kids (11-7 yr olds) were a little too rowdy but luckily the hotel staff kindly let us know right away and weren't too upset about it. (It was 630pm and they thought they could play hide n seek around THE ENTIRE hotel.)
We got the Double Queen suite room and it was wonderful. Perfectly sized for my family of 5! The pool is a little small but the kids had fun in it!!
My ONLY complaint is that outside the windows were street lights or something so enough light was coming in thru the side of the curtains and I kept waking up thinking it was morning. 🤣🤣.
I would recommend this place 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!

Super clean. Great staff. Perfect location. Cool little paved trail behind the hotel with tennis courts and a stream/fishing hole. Will be back for an extended stay soon!

Great location if you've got pets and want to take them on a walk by the river to let them run off some steam. The staff were very friendly and their GM was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely updated.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels! The room was genuinely clean, not just covered up with a fresh scent, it was noticeably thoroughly cleaned. The complimentary breakfast, I honestly wish I could give it more than a 10, it was so good and the food was quality food! Scrambled eggs that weren’t watery, waffle and pancake maker, fresh fruit, every kind of juice, variety of coffee with many creamer flavors, bagels, Greek yogurt smoothies, it was insane. This is genuine feedback, I get zero kickback for this post. I hope all of their locations are this nice. The cherry on top is the staff is super nice and the gym was nice.

This is now my go to hotel in show low. It's a little off the main road in show low and is in a nice area. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I rode my motorcycle in and she put me in a room where I could see my bike from the window. There's also a cute little creek to look that I never would have noticed if she hadn't told me. The breakfast was great!! The staff was friendly and refilled everything so no one was ever waiting. Fresh fruit, not from a can. It was great. The beds were so comfy. I wish I could take one home.

Beth your establishment was pristine from top to bottom. The outside area was manicured and well-lit at night. Your foyer and check in area warm and inviting as was your front desk team. Your sitting area was so beautifully decorated in a tasteful manner and your complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty with a wide variety of selections of fresh items all in a spotless serving area. Our room was clean and sanitized and there were plenty of amenities including Keurig coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and even complimentary snacks. We are so thankful to each one of your staff and yourself for making our stay simply perfect. Happy to be Hilton Honors members and you will see us again soon!

Rooms were excellent. The suite was large, and there was plenty of room. Balcont provided a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety for all. Fresh warm cookies in the lobby topped it off.

I stayed here overnight after traveling from Phoenix to the White Mountains for a hiking trip. I would say that the price is too steep for the location but I got a discount so couldn't complain. I would have not stayed if I wasn't an honors friends and family member. But the staff were all very nice and welcoming. The hotel was decorated very nicely and even had warm, fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. It felt very cozy and clean.

Beautiful location with a trail along the river. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The conference room worked really well for our group. Breakfast had great options too.

Staff "IS" extremely helpful, friendly and happy. Rooms super clean and has everything you need. The views, walking trail and creek is behind the hotel. Just relax with a morning beverage by the creek. Peaceful. Horses too.
