Customer service was awesome. Just talk to some lady on the phone and she was amazing I love her

For a cellular service I have had no real issues I'm up 99% of the time the cost is far and I stream everything all day. So yes they are my top Internet company

Super store. Waited 18 minutes for the first available customer service representative. When we got to the desk. She was fabulous and courteous. Quickly answered all our questions and got the service we needed.

Very friendly staff, very willing to assist. What more can you ask for in customer service! Keep up the good work. Visited multiple times and always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Also, never spent an eternity like other cellular businesses to obtain assistance.

I went to check new plan. I knew nothing about smart phone. Within 20 minutes a woman name Terra showed me how and signed me up with new smart phone. Very pleasant and professional. Whatever your paying her, its not enough. I give 10 stars.

I actually am not a customer. But I can say they have very good service in the whole Show Low area! I'm constantly roaming and Cellular One is my roaming provider!

I went in for a phone and found the workers to be both friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the equipment and service. I highly recommend them.
