Lemelson Vineyards

First time here and we discovered a literal hidden treasure. The tasting experience was awesome all around. The space is gorgeous with a rustic comfort feel and the staff were fantastic. All five wines we tasted were very very good. We will definitely be returning with friends.

Great tasting experience, Devon was super knowledgeable of the area and winery history. Easy drinking wines, all subtle differences in blocks and vintages but straight forward and approachable.

Lovely setting, lovely wines. Our server (Will) was friendly and engaging and incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and the surrounding area. We had a great time and learned a lot. We will be back!

Where do I begin?! Had the absolute best experience here!! Between the wines, tour, beautiful property, cozy fireplaces, and charcuterie, we were in heaven. I highly recommend you adding Lemelson to your trip itinerary because you will regret it if you don't. I could drink their wines and hang here all day.

Great wine, gorgeous views, and really great and friendly service! They make you feel like family and will accommodate any preference or need. Had a wonderful tour of the barrel room, and very informative and detailed. One of my favorite spots, go back all the time, and will be back soon.

Stopped by on a cold Tuesday afternoon and were able to do a tasting inside the production facility. Kate was our gracious host and we throughly enjoyed our time with her and the wines are very good! Lemelson has a gravity fed production facility and has a huge solar power system to support their work. Come visit them (just outside of Carlton)!

So happy that we decided to stop in for a tasting. It had been years since my wife and I had visited. We decided that we shouldn't wait for years to pass again before our next visit and became wine club members! We are ready for our next visit by the fireplace with luscious juice in hand! We love going out to Lemelson. They create fantastic wines. The staff is great and the setting is amazing.

What a lovely experience! We were down for an event in wine country and were fortunate enough to find time to visit Lemelson!

Right to the good stuff...the wines - the Pinot Gris has just the right hint of acidity and a gorgeous texture - it was a perfect pairing for our cioppino later that day!

The Chestnut Hill Pinot Noir - was beautifully aromatic and medium bodied with lots of delicious berry notes! It served it's designed purpose well, when called to sacrifice itself for cedar plank wild king salmon, with roasted brussel sprouts.

The grounds are amazing, and if you are offered a tour, TAKE IT! The amazing architecture, the beautiful grounds, not to mention the physics employed to produce their wines (Enterprise, engage!), make this vineyard worth the trip!

What a gorgeous winery! We loved that we could bring a picnic lunch and sit on their wonderful patio. We enjoyed all of the wines and even joined their wine club. It was a beautiful day and the area was so gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This is a definite stop if you are looking for a great experience, great wines, great staff and the freedom to bring your own food. (Note: if you bring your own food, you must sit outside to eat it).

Wonderful wine and great views. The patio space is the best for enjoying snacks and treats alongside your Pinot noir. If possible, see if the staff can show you the fermentation hall, it is quite a sight to learn more about!

The wine, atmosphere, and staff were all wonderful at our visit! We thought everything was fairly priced and good enough that we walked away with a couple bottles. This will be on our revisit list anytime we want to show guests around the area.

Lemelson is a lovely vineyard with engaging and talented people. The vineyards are managed organically, with attention to biodiversity and ecosystem function, and the property includes a diverse forest that offers excellent wildlife habitat. The respect and collaboration between Lemelson management and staff is obvious and much appreciated. Oh, and the wines are delicious!

The wines are delicious as always and Delaney was a delightful hostess as we sat on the patio around the fire late afternoon in the first fall rain. The price for the quality of the wine is impressive!

Lemelson is a beautifully secluded winery in Carlton. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they got us in right away. Josie guided our tasting experience and was phenomenal. She was so personable and really seemed to care about our experience. I would definitely recommend Lemelson to anyone looking for great wine and even better service.

Lemelson is one of my favorite Oregon wineries and destinations. The wines are consistently delicious and interesting, from AVA to AVA, and from year to year. Tasting Lemelson's latest releases is always an education, an experience, and a delight with the tasting room staff. Thank you.
