Great service. Three grandchildren all taken care of at the same time. In and out within 30 min. Tried on about 3-4 prs of shoes each.

Great experience. Fast, easy and the staff are super friendly & helpful. Got a pair of roller blades tried them on, paid, and done.

They've got a lot to offer if you like playing outside.

The Big 5 is the Big Awesome 👏!! After purchasing a nice Coleman cot months ago for camping I discovered it had a tear from probably unboxing. Looked like a slice cut.

Maybe 🤔 I could patch it, I wasn’t sure what to do?

But before I did that my mum said go ask them at the store. So I did.

When I brought in the receipt 🧾 and showed them a photo of the split in the canvas they said bring it back and we’ll exchange it and the new one is s few dollars 💵 more. I said ok.

When I came back with the item the manager said no problem we can honor the price and did a straight exchange.

This is the best cot so I’m very glad that it was an easy exchange.

Big 5 and the great staff and manager made it right without batting an eyelash!!

Very good experience. Was greeted by two employees when I went in. They asked if they could help me and I told them that I was just looking at shoes. They said to let me know if they could help. What was nice is that they did check on me, but didn't hover over me. The cashier was very nice and signed me up for internet coupons.

Trying to find swimwear in Oregon in November can be challenging to say the least. I was in, had what I needed, and back out in about 10 minutes. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though this seems like a smaller store, they still had everything I needed and then some.

Great shopping experience! Shoe assistant was knowledgeable and took good care of us. We found exactly what we were looking for and ended up with a new shoelace as well. Masks, social distancing and dividers at checkout were all in use.

I stopped in to buy a punching bag on Sunday had Tommy help me. He was super knowledgeable about the equipment and the sales they where having. He up sold me on the bag and glad he did ended up saving me a bunch of money in the long run. Great customer service and really friendly!!!!

Customer service is great. They are helpful if you have questions. No hassle returns too. Because it’s the only sporting goods store within 30 miles, it gets picked over pretty quickly but they will order anything you need.

I've never had anything but a good experience here. They always seem to have everything in stock that other places are sold out of and I'm usually lucky enough to find them on sale. The level of protection provided to customers during this Covid pandemic is admirable.

Great service. The manager even helped with discounts based on sales that had ended. I really like the selection in that it has a wide variety yet all good quality at reasonable prices, if not the best. In McMinnville Big 5 has become my go-to store for all activity items.

Lots of good quality outdoor gear and sports gear, got a pair of hiking boots and a Swiss army knife here.if your in the outdoors alot you have to get your supplies here.👌👍👍

Called ahead to see if they had exactly what I wanted. They checked for me..and had it. I went to the store and bought it, and an employee went above and beyond when I couldn't get my tailgate open, and we had to lift 155 pound trampoline OVER the tailgate to get it in. Kudos..and thanks!

I went to the store to buy a pair of hiking boots. Someone greeted me as soon as i came through there doors. Then that person helped me find what i was looking for. I was in a hurry so i was very happy the lady helped me so quickly. I went back to big 5 sportings good store 2 days later because i needed some gel insoles for my hikilg boots. The store not only carried them but put them in for me.
