KRMC Primary Care

I am so impressed with Dr. Scudiero. My husband went to Urgent Care for a respiratory issue and was told to follow up with his primary doctor. Dr. Scudiero is my husband's primary doctor and HE called my husband to schedule an appointment right away after the urgent care visit. When he was at the visit, the doctor spent 40 minutes with my husband going over his symptoms and medications he needs as well as referring him to a pulmonologist. I just can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Scudiero. Truly extraordinary care. 6 stars.

I usually just go over there to see my doctor but the staff and people are really nice and the place is really clean!

I am very pleased with the service provided by this facility. Also, my PCP Dr. Joe is very professional and caring while working with me as a patient. He shows a genuine interest in your care and overall wellbeing. While not a huge fan of KRMC overall, especially the hospital part, this particular facility and Dr. Joe do stand out as an excellent example of great doctor/patient relationship of days past.

Since my last review, I have returned to KRMC I see Joie. I'm very happy and I like the fact she is genuinely concerned about my well-being.

Very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Khummar. She's so compassionate and thorough.

I have been with this clinic for a little over 2 years now and find that I get quality care from my doctor and his nurse. Most of the girls up front are quite friendly. It does take a little longer than I would like for my doctor to answer any questions/messages I leave though. It doesn't take any longer to get an appointment here than it does anywhere else. All in all I'm happier here than I've been at past clinics .

As a medical provider goes i prefer KRMC over AIMS any day. also very clean and well maintained building

Both my husband and I are patients here and love the Dr's, they take the time to listen to your concerns and address your issues with compassion. That being said... Definitely not impressed with the customer service from the girls who answer the phones. I'm a newer patient and from the very first phone call they are short with you and have an underlying tone of being annoyed that you've called. Remember the vision statement? Or is that only for hospital employees?

had to see the NP because they're so inundated with patients, I was put on meds I didn't need. waited 6 months for an appointment with my doctor, he was great, attentive and thorough, ordered a bunch of tests then left the practice, so first the NP has someone call to tell me your labs are normal (compared to what?)and we werent testing to see if I am normal, he was checking for something specific; then someone calls to tell me I have a very serious condition and her treatment is "keep doing your stretches" I didn't know about this until RIGHT NOW, what stretches? THIS IS NOT medical treatment, this is a hand off. Can't even get an appointment to renew meds until mid to late March, so I'm sure those are going to get all screwed up too. When I asked if there was another doctor available she told me no, hes not being replaced, call the resident clinic (thanks for nothing)

09/22/20 Update: While I was very disappointed about my situation. I did speak with my doctor that day and get my much anticipated results. Things do happen and I all my other dealings with KRMC have been pretty awesome.

Disappointing, had an appt this morning, but they claim it was the 9th. Funny, no one called me to confirm, this appointment or my last one. No one called to say, where are ya? Wasted gas and time!!!

I have unfortunately been to many doctors, specialists, labs, etc. The entire staff, from the PA (Physician Assistant*not a real doctor), to the barely high school aged/attituded front office, to the lab - which takes appointments but can't seem to keep even close to their own schedule. A terrible business model and I'll get my health care from those who aren't just waiting for you to die - so they can bill your insurance for the sheet they put over your face.

The worst place ever. Never call back. Can't get any answers to questions on the phone. Make you wait weeks/months for an appointment and then day before call to push your appointment 1 month further away, will not refill prescriptions without a visit. Dr creen is a quack just in it to just bill out your insurance for a quick buck. Do not go there or trust them. Garbage staff and shady practices.

A client of mine called me asking for help because she has been receiving bills from KRMC that are much more than she should be paying… We called together on a 3-way call, I politely asked if they could go over them with us to give my client some clarity. I’ve done this dozens of times with clients, but today’s experience was definitely a first!

I’ve never been treated so poorly over the phone. I couldn’t have been any nicer when I called, I was just asking for a brief breakdown of the charges so my client understands what she’s being billed for. The woman was rude, mean, and she insulted me with my client on the phone, saying, “Since your rep doesn’t know what he’s doing, you’ll need to call your insurance.” I couldn’t believe how nasty she was!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’ll be sure to not send any of my clients there as new patients.
