Was away on business and in need of some advice/help with some tools - exceptional customer service thank you so much!!!!!!!

This is a solid little hardware store. Packed to the gills and well staffed with helpful folks.

This hardware store is so convenient because it’s like a 5 min walk from my new place. After having a couple experiences with a really rude cashier I was really thinking of going somewhere else. However, came in recently for command strips and hardware to hand a mirror and SAM was amazing! He really listened to my questions and made she I had everything I needed to complete my project at home. Sam didn’t make me feel rushed but really anticipated every need that I had. Thank you Sam for taking care of your customers. I’ll keep coming to this hardware because of the care you showed me

They have fair prices. Even though the store is small, they seem to have what I need.

The staff is helpful, the air conditioning is cold, and when I purchased a soda, they threw in a free bottle opener/paint key; a staff member even held the door open for me so I could make it out with my freshly-opened soda :)

Very friendly staff. They dug through drawers of bolts with me to find the one I needed. Nice place to have in the neighborhood.

I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and the staff tracked me down at work to let me know then held it safe until i could get back there the next day. Amazing people!
