They were amazing. Dr. Hammerich was amazing with my cat I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the care of my cat Smokey. She was amazing with my sister's dog Guinness when his little paw was broken. Checking on us repeatedly to make sure the everything was healing quite well. This will be the only that office I will be going to As Long As Dr. Hammerich is there. Couldn't ask for a better Veterinary.

No issues, everyone has always been extremely nice. The availability of later afternoon appointment times works great, so I haven't had to take time off work to bring our little guy Muenster there.

In all honesty, I’ve heard some bad stories about VCA animal hospitals. So, with some trepidation I used VCA Northern because they were recommended by the agency that I adopted my dog (Julius) from. I could not be happier that I decided to use them. All of staff that I have interacted with thus far have been amazingly friendly and professional. Dr. Martin is AWESOME! She is so sweet and helpful. I’m sure there are veterinary practices much closer to my home, but the service and staff at VCA Northern will keep me driving the 35 min each way to ensure that my dog is getting the best care.

I had the absolute best vet experience here at VCA Northern. I can't speak more highly of this phenomenal staff. I had to switch vet offices because my last one (Palm Glen Animal Hospital) was a NIGHTMARE! This is like night and day. They strictly adhere to all prevention of Covid-19 protocols which is a huge relief. When our tech came out to escort us inside, she carried my standard poodle puppy inside for me and he's heavy! Once we got inside, everyone gave my little guy so much love and attention. He gave so many kisses! Everyone was so friendly and the office is very clean. The best part is that I feel that my puppy got a thorough check up. My last vet office barely looked at him before shoving us out the door. Dr. DeCamp answered all my questions and concerns. And when it was time to leave, our tech carried him back outside to the car. Stupendous care and service. Thank you for making our experience there such an amazing one! My pup and I look forward to his next visit!

Nick goes way beyond what he has to do. My babys hair was all matted and he cleaned her up for me and didn't charge me at all!! He is very professional and treats my babies so good.

The friendliest staff around! The Dr's and nurse staff and everyone is so special.

I brought my girl here for an urgent visit without an appointment and they were able to get her scheduled that day. Our tech Julie and our Vet, Dr. DeCamp were great! They were wonderful and concerned with her and followed up often. All their staff has always been wonderful. We have our new Vet home. We were turned away at Banfield inside Petsmart at 59th and Northern because we did not have an appointment, even for an urgent issue, and all without any concern and compassion. My girl was visibly sick and Banfield was horrible.

Dr Martin is a wonderful vet, staff is knowledgeable and caring. They care for my dog and help me say good bye to my other dog with a room all set up with a bed, blankets everything to make us comfortable. It made a potentially horrible experience bearable.

Dr. Martin takes so much care with all of our animals. The entire staff guess above and beyond to make sure you always understand the procedures, medications or any other needs your pet has. The weekend hours make it so easy to get regular check ups in.

We see Dr Hammerich for our older dog who has SEVERE anxiety! Dr Hammerich does so well with her and is so great about making sure we understand and get all the meds/solutions we need for our oldest dog. We've seen Dr Keim for our puppy a few times now. He has been so great with our puppy and provides lots of helpful information! I definitely recommend this office. We recently moved further West Valley but still make the drive to Dr Hammerich and Dr Keim. Their vet techs are equally as wonderful!!

Brought my adopted sog here, they treated him kindly and made the process easy on him despite the fact that he had to go to his appointment alone as I waited in the car. The vet seemed knowledgeable and she read and understood all his medical notes which made me feel confident in the care he received.

I took one of my older pits there for the first time. She was in extreme distress. I thought it might be something serious. Dr. Sheila Martin assured me that there was really not too much to be worried about that my dog would be fine. A couple little drugs later and lo and behold she's up and about and doing just great. Thank you Sheila for wonderful care.

Really carrying and knowledgeable. Their care plans are a good deal too. My older kitty had arthritis and the care plan makes it so I can take her in for checks as needed. Since they've been taking care of her she has gone from limping around and barely able to get on the bed to climbing the cat tree for fun thanks to their treatments.

My dog had gotten into a fight with the cat and his eye got scratched. My normal vet was closed on Sundays so I called the VCA Northern Animal Hospital. Even though they didn't have any available appointments they told me to bring him and they would see him. Dr. Martin was great with my dog. She did an overall exam of his health, then put something in his eye to make it glow under a black light to see where the scratches were and how bad it was. Luckily it wasn't severe so he is on some eye drops for the next five days. She answered all of my questions and even chatted about the super bowl as well. Very friendly, you can tell she truly loves her job. Overall I thought they were priced well, $120.00 for everything and my dog will be back in great shape! I'd recommend this place in a heart beat.

Loved the people here. They really seemed to care about the issues going on with my new 10 week old puppy. They offer a poop sample for 50 dollars but if they find anything everything is refunded and the medicine for whatever they find in the poop is free. Not sure if other places do that but I appreciate it

I was pretty happy with my visit here. Their charting is high tech and they did not try to oversell me. They did give me estimates for meds and procedures. A dental for a 4 year old healthy cat with no extractions was over $500.00 so that seemed pretty steep for my taste since I recently pain $350 for an elderly cat dental with multiple extractions. So for that I will probably go elsewhere. The Doc and the tech were friendly and knowledge

Needed immediate care for our sick dog. They did a great job! My only suggestion would be that if you know it will be several hours give owners option to return in lieu of having to stay in their car for many hours. (Due to virus restrictions).

The front desk staff at this location are all very kind and helpful. My dog, Dutch, loves the staff and usually doesn't struggle at all. The Veterinarians and vet techs are all passionate and informative. I'm so glad I found them when Dutch needed them most.
