Walked in expecting to make an appointment but we were surprisingly able to get our taxes done right away! Mike fisher was the one who did them and he make it so easy and quick.

Micheal, the agent that I worked with is very professional. He is kind an unassuming. He gave me options and the Price was right! Very flexible with appointment times even allowed me to reschedule twice. This was the best experience I've ever had with a Tax Agent! It was easy to book online and finding a coupon was so nice. Mike Fisher was very knowledgeable about taxes. He took our paperwork and asked lots of good questions. It was quick and easy even with all my complicated in home business.

I used Jackson Hewitt this Year and had my Taxes done by Mike Fisher. He was very knowledgeable , thorough, competent, courteous and did a great job. My only regret is that I didn’t use this service before. I previously had my taxes done by H&R Block and was never really satisfied with their process. Mike made the process so easy for me and I’m very grateful to have him as my Tax Consultant and I will sure use his services as long as I’m in Oregon. I recommend Jackson Hewitt services to everyone who wants to get a fair deal, a simple process and a thorough complete tax return.

We had a very efficient visit with Robert Fisher.
He was great for helping these procrastinators in the time of COVID.
He made time for us after hours so that we did not need to miss work.
The office was clean and full COVID precautions, but without feeling sterile or unfriendly.
He made quick work of the tax confusion that goes with buying and selling a home in 2020 as well as all the other COVID issues that popped up for everyone.
We signed up for the fraud protection as well.
I look forward to using Robert and his team for years to come.

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service was easy to get into, meaning the door was lite and with me being handicap and using a walker to walk with that is a plus and kudos for the business. I went to Jackson Hewitt to get my taxes done. I walked into the building and I was greeted by a nice lady and I said hi back and we introduced our selves and shook hands. She led me to her desk and I gave her my tax information. She said that my taxes would not take that long to do.
So I asked her to call me when she was through with my taxes. She said ok and took down my number. The next day I got a phone call from the tax lady she said my taxes were all done. And I said id be right in to pick them up. I drove into town and went to Jackson Hewitt to sign my taxes. I met the tax lady at the door and she opened it for me. We said hi to each other and moved over to her desk. I sat down and she gave me my taxes to sign she said I had easy taxes to do and she wished that all of her clients did.
If you want good customer service and to get your taxes done in a timely manner then Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is the place to go!

We usually dread doing taxes, but Mike was super friendly, efficient and helpful! We will go back next year for sure
