We don’t normally do reviews but when someone is so exceptional as Dawn Talbot is we wanted to let people know. We were looking for a property to rent in between our property selling and our new home building completed. We reached out to three other people with no success. Then we found Dawn, what a breath of fresh air. She called us immediately, showed us the property and demonstrated flexibility to meet our individual needs. She’s competent, knowledgeable, knows what she’s doing and if she doesn’t know the answer she’ll quickly find it. She’s a hard worker who doesn’t care if it’s weekends, nights or holidays, she’s available. A real pleasure to work with.

I've been renting from Tenney for several years now, during that time Stacie has been phenomenal to deal with! She's always been quick to help me with anything I needed, repairs, payments, etc. Genuinely the most standup, transparent property management company I've ever dealt with!
I honestly can't think of anything that would make my experience with Stacie and the rest of the Tenney team any better!

I cannot say enough good things about Tenney Properties. For the past 7 years they have kept my 2 rental properties rented and maintained. Dawn and Stacie are professionals. Because of them I can rest easy knowing I have people I can trust to take care of my properties and the emergencies that might arise.

I've worked with Dawn several times and have found her to be responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all understanding of the needs I have as a property owner. Dawn is a very positive person and is easy to work with 😊 I appreciate her insights and advice as well!

I have been renting for a year, and they are great. Anytime I have maintenance issues, they are handled quickly. Stacie is always helpful, she will always go out of her way to assist with issues/questions. 10/10!

I can not tell you the night and day difference we experienced when Tenney took over our rental. They are so sweet take the time to listen and really care. If I had a rental I would definitely use them and as a renter the are amazing too.❤

I don't know what the negative reviews are about, we had the best first renting experience anyone could possibly have with Tenney Properties. Dawn is amazing! She always returns phone calls right away or answers on the first call. We had an issue with the shower wall, and withing the next 2 days they sent people out to repair it brand new! If i could give them 1000 stars, I would. Also, Dawn made sure that we got our security deposit back, because she actually cares about her tenants. The condo we stayed at was very well up kept and maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Also, the people in the Tenney Properties office are also very nice (shout out to Stacy at the front desk!)

IF i could we would give them 10 stars!!! We JUST wrapped up a 1 year lease with Tenney Properties in beautiful Show Low AZ and i can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with them!! Dawn Talbot who was our realtor on the lease has been nothing but kind to us and went out of her way to make sure all went well from beginning to the very end. We also had the true pleasure of working with Stacie at the front desk who by the way is one of the kindest people you could ever have to deal with!!!! she made our year long lease with Tenney Properties a plus! She will always be there if needed with that cute smile and laugh! I highly recommend them if you need to lease. We WILL miss Show Low..they helped us on our move there getting a beautiful place and on our move out..WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY TENANTS! AND thats not always easy to say

I had the opportunity to rent from Tenney Properties and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I can truly say Tenney properties is a business that puts the customers interests first. The place I rented was very well maintained and they would take care of any needs I had. They have very high standards for the upkeep of their properties, they had new carpet intstalled before I moved in because a previous tenant had not taken care of the place. If only I could have this great of an experience every time I move.

We were transferred to the area and were looking for a rental home. We called and left a message at Tenney Property management. A couple of days later, Dawn called and said that she had an available home. We met her at the property and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We rented the house and within a year, reached Dawn to find us a home to purchase. She knew what we wanted and found us the perfect home.
She has always been kind and assistive with all our questions. If you want to know anything about the mountains, ask Dawn. Thank you Dawn for all your hard work!!
