Ace Hardware of Show Low

If you are tired of looking and searching inside the big box home repair store, and you want friendly, knowledgeable staff eager to help you with your project, then start going to Ace Hardware! They always help me when I make the trip from San Diego to Show Low to visit my mom and do some repairs around her house. Every time I am at Ace Hardware, they not only help me find what I need quickly but I hear other employees helping others with their needs, usually suggesting ways to do their projects easier and cheaper. They are pretty awesome in my book!

Robert was an absolute life saver today coming out to undo locks for my pods we had no keys for (long story, don’t ever use UHAUL trust me lol ) he came out as soon as possible , very friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable ! I would easily have had to pay 3 times as much in previous places I have lived and waited hours if not the next day ! Highly recommend if you need locksmith services definitely give them a call!

I brought in an item that I needed badly replaced that was under warranty but no Receipt, A manager here at ace took time to find my transaction in the system and printed me a new receipt we then completed my return, the floor team is also always so helpful and friendly. Ace in Showlow is the best in store shopping experience on the mountain, what a great team you have !

Stocked with a wide variety of items. They will probably have what you are looking for. There is a station which makes keys. Friendly and helpful. The cashier was especially helpful at helping me get my coupon sorted.

Went to ACE hardware expecting a big box experience. Nope not at this Ace! The Show Low Ace offers a great service, they put the customer 1st. Michael is the best! He knows just what the customer needs. Michael is the reason I will only go to this Ace in Show Low...

The customer service is fantastic! I recently went in and was greeted by 3 smiling and upbeat employees. The man that helped us knew exactly what I was looking for and walked us to the back of the store to be sure we found it. Then today I called with a question and Annabelle answered with a smile. She was helpful and had a great attitude through the entire call. Our Ace is really living up to the "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man". I highly recommend!!!

Always love my trips to Ace. The atmosphere is so much nicer than the big box warehouse stores like HDepot, Lowes.

A fresh new look to the store and amazing customer service!

The employees here make the difference! They are always helpful and they not only take you right to what you are looking for, but they help you double check what you are looking for. They often have items that the big box stores don't. They take the time to listen when you are not sure what you need, but you have to fix something that you've never had to fix before. They are very female friendly. Not once have I been made to feel like an idiot because I am not sure what I am looking for.
If they sell it, buy it here over the big box stores.

We went to the store for a simple piece of lumber. No less than three employees offered to help us during our short visit. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. A kind man cut our lumber in the adjoining shop and we chatted with another lovely man while waiting. In a town of deuces ♣, the Ace in Show Low tops them all!!!! ♠ Thanks or making our little task a wonderful memory!😘

I had gotten a mismatched paint from them. Was charged full price. Caught it right away and took it back in. The guy at the register was relatively new at the time. He handled the situation extremely well! They were all super helpful and kind. I appreciated them in assisting me, and teaching a newbie the way to do things.

Always good to us. Especially the one in Snowflake. Say hi to Darrell he has great knowledge, can make any key copy, always with a smile. Today ACE in Show low was 5 star too.

Never have I experienced the kind of superb customer service that I endured in this establishment! 10/10

If you are in a hurry. Find the old guy. He will help in record time. Youngsters have to use their phones to check for what you are seeking. I love ACE.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Ace Hardware of Show Low. I will be honest, I normally go to the big box stores. Why? No idea - the Ace store is very close to my house. Today I needed something small so I figured I’ll go there quickly and get what I needed. I was greeted at the door. The associate at the front door asked what I was looking for, I explained and pointed me in the right direction. I wasn’t in the isle but just a minute or two before another associate asked me if I needed help, he helped me find what I needed. I walked to another department, and the yet another representative asked me if I needed assistance… I thought nope I got this as I thought I could find what I needed. Then another associate saw the lost look on my face and helped me find what I needed. This guy introduced himself and asked my name. Then he referred to me by name during the rest of the conversation. Finally, I was checked out by an actual cashier!! As I was walking to my vehicle Tom, the associate that asked my name was walking across the parking lot to the outdoor area. He said “thanks for stopping by our store today, Anna. Hope you have a good rest of your day”.

Loved it! Great service with great people. One time my dad forgot his new parts he purchased and I went back to get them. I showed one of the employees my dad's receipt and the cashier was very friendly. So were (and are) the warehouse employees. They found the grocery bag with the parts in it and handed them to me, I politely said goodbye and wished them a good day.

Ace is definitely the place with helpful Hardware Men and women.
You might pay a little more, but that's what experience and expertise is worth when you have so many able to help with difficult tasks and challenges for the average Do it yourselfers...

They greet you as you come through the front door and are standing by throughout the store to help you with whatever you need from electrical to plumming. They are a great hometown hardware store. Thank you ACS.
