When my car was under warranty I was getting my service done at the dealer but this is the first 3rd party mechanic I’ve trusted based on reviews and recommendations in VW forums. Derek did a DSG service and some VCDS coding for me.

Not only did he not try upselling me on needless services or snake oil he actually offered to answer any questions I have when I’m doing my own self service.

Although it was just routine maintenance I had I left today with the impression that he enjoys and takes pride in his work- that’s who I want servicing my car. I’ll be back.

I came in to get my a/c repaired on my GLI and Chris quoted me at a fraction of the cost compared to the dealer. Got the job done much quicker than expected and was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop in a long time. I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be making this my go to shop in the Phoenix area.

Best shop for your VW in Arizona! Derek does excellent work and will always take the time to explain to you what was wrong and what he replaced.

As of right now Derek at exklusiv is the only person in arizona I would let touch my car dude has perfect customer service dude is straight up with you and doesn't bs like everyone else in the valley..........theres a reason Derek has been around so long and will continues to be
