CVS

Just got off the phone with Kyle in pharmacy. I called because I have been trying for a half an hour to have my prescriptions delivered to my home. The app seemed busy or just plain stuck. Kyle was able to set everything up for me and will be mailing my prescriptions tomorrow morning. Thank you again Kyle. You made my day! Keep up the great work you do there at CVS. I am sure that a lot of people appreciate your efforts and willingness to go the extra mile. Take care!

I really like this CVS. I’m always saving money with my extra care card. And things are often on sale in addition to multiple coupons. Saving me even more money.

CVS ranks number one with me. This is because I was with Walgreens before and they were very rude to me through the drive-thru every single time every person that ever waited on me was and at CVS they are so accommodating and they want to make sure you understand your prescriptions and if you don't you they will have the pharmacy speak to you and none of them have attitudes like Walgreens and I'm not the only person that has said this about Walgreens a lot of people have left Walgreens and gone to CVS. I have a sorry to see CVS closed down in Snowflake Arizona cuz I have to drive all the way to Show Low which is a 25-minute drive.

ER called in a prescription. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Mario helped figure out the issue (hospital gave wrong DOB). He got the prescription filled very quickly after that and I was out the door with both prescriptions after a short wait.

They really do work hard and try hard to help at the pharmacy.

They get a bad rap because medications, insurances and doctors are awful to sort out. It can be frustrating but it almost is never actually CVSs' fault.

Yesterday I had a great experience getting medications and flu shots. I feel like this CVS does a great job at quickly filling your prescriptions when you are in the store.

I've been upon this mountain for 15 going on 16 years in July. I was faithful to Walgreens unti cvs opened. I left because their employees are sideways rude in the pharmacy. They are short tempered and impatient with customers... it wasn't just me I watched them with other customers. they have young people that don't care. They have no finesse or customer service skills! The 1st day that cvs opened up I transferred all my perscription to them I was so happy and I told CVS why. I also told Walgreens pharmacist why he said he was sorry to see me go Add ask me to reconsider he said he would talk to the employees. I knew it would do no good and I've been at CVS since the 1st day they open AI love that store I love the employs I love the pharmacists I love the pharmacist assistance they are all very polite and they genuinely care about their customers!😊 Kathryn Durand

I used the pharmacy at CVS in show low an the people were truly helpful and informative! Got there and didn't have to wait long at all!
