This morning I had to take a trip to the emergency room with my three year old son. They checked us in and then made us sit in the waiting room. As I am sitting there I noticed how many people are in the waiting room. One man cut his finger off another crying in pain. My son is sitting there scared and in pain as the staff is sitting behind the counter gossiping about people. Not once did I see make round check on people. A woman told me she has been there for 7 hours and still has not been seen. Come on get it together KRMC people will die on your watch.
