I went to this campus after making the difficult decision to put my fur baby of 14 years down. I did not catch the man's name that assisted in her journey but he was fantastic. He compassionately explained the whole process first. when he took my little Bella for his quick exam, he actually kissed her little face and was so delicate with her. The whole process left me feeling at peace with my decision and the compassion was beyond expected. This campus is beautiful and not at all what I have ever seen a "pound" to be . Thank you so much for all you exceptional people do.

We had the unfortunate experience of having to put our 17 year old chihuahua to rest last week. Justin at this location was so patient and sweet. He truly went above and beyond. The room they brought us too even had sweet saying of dogs going over the rainbow bridge, soft lighting, relaxing music and options of places for one last snuggle with our puppy. It was surprising how much they thought of and though it was sad, gave the moment a the time it deserved.

Had to put down my baby. He was a major challenge for the lovely women who were tasked with the job. He tried eating everyone in sight. Fear aggression. They never shamed me for his behavior or had a less than kind word for me. I wanted to be there until he fell asleep at least and they did everything in their power to allow that for me. It was a very sad day, but they made it as good as they could. I admire their patience and quite honestly their bravery. RIP Palomo and thank you to all for your compassion.

Wow! This facility is beautiful. Spacious, clean, covered parking. The front desk staff are very nice. The Vet Assistants are wonderful. The Vet we saw (an older lady) was so professional and knowledgable. We had an appointment for preliminary exam before scheduling dental cleaning. If we had a bunch of money we would endow or donate to the Arizona Humane Society a lot of money to support all that they do.

I made the hard decision to put down my 2 senior dogs because of stage 5 heart failure and abscessed teeth that could not be pulled because of their heart conditions. I checked with numerous clinics and even in euthanasia. I am on a budget and decided to go with the Margaret McAllister Brock clinic. My dogs didn’t know where we were at so they were not scared, The entire process was very professional and compassionate. They gave me time with them alone and explained the process in detail. I love my boys more than I can express and I’m so thankful they were well taken care of in the end.

I had a great experience taking my dogs for their shots. I made the appointments for them on their website, and when I arrived, I was late, and I still got taken care of very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Very kind people work there. It was worth the drive from North Phoenix.

The entire team have been so kind to me and my pup. From cradle to grave they have been there for my sweet Harley Girl. I can not recommend them enough.

What an amazing clinic. I was having some personal problems. Mitzel Mendez stepped in and helped my Lucy. I am the one usually giving to charity, donate to the homeless all over- Yesterday, I was blessed. Thank you so much for helping this Veteran!! 💗 Everyone here is so nice. Everyone was so compassionate when we made the very difficult decision to have our aggressive and reactive dog euthanized. We very much appreciated the lack of judgement as the decision was already hard enough and was not made lightly.

I went there to put my cat to sleep. I couldn't afford the almost $700 in veterinary that my veterinarian wanted, listen to my story. They looked at my cat. They were able to provide a cure for my cat for under $40. It's saved her life. I am so grateful to them.

The staff at this clinic helped me with such compassion and professionalism yesterday when I said goodbye to my little friend, and companion for almost 13 years. I was able to easily understand the process and options. I made the appointment online, which was very easy, and reasonable to me. They honored our appointment and gave me enough time to say goodbye. Thank you for helping me with my Lovey-Dovey.

Personnel were extremely helpful, understanding, and empathetic during the process of having to let go of our elderly boxer with cancer. They offered a comfortable, low lit room where we could say goodbye to our companion. They allowed us to stay as long as we wanted/needed. They took a paw print for us prior to us leaving. Our 12-yr old "puppy" was no longer in pain. They had given her a sedative while we sat with her. When she was fully a sleep and we said our final goodbye, they allowed us to leave before they took her in back for the final euthanasia. I highly recommend this location if you need to do this. The cost is much more reasonable than a veterinarian office as well.

Everyone was very helpful and Dr was excellent. She listened to my concerns and was so kind and compassionate with my dog. I will def be back again

Compassionate and Professional, informative & Skilled, the staff cared for my fur babies like they might care for their own. They patiently helped me through a difficult end of life decision.

I brought my 5month Pitbull here for a checkup on her eyes :( , she will need entropion surgery and they were so helpful giving me all the information and recommendations. I feel safe moving forward with them for her surgery. :)

Dental for my little dog. Pulled all but one of his teeth. Best price, great care, and very nice staff.

Saying Goodbye is always hard, but Margaret McAllister Brock help put our hearts at ease. The facility was clean, the staff was caring, the prices were affordable I would definitely recommend this center.

We had the most peaceful end of life service for our Zoey today. Everyone was very compassionate. Thank you all.
