Moves are never easy, but Mass Bay Movers are consummate professionals who made what could have been a stressful day for us so much smoother and more comfortable. They were friendly and helpful in their communications before the move. On the day of the move, they showed up on time with just the right materials and the truck space we needed. They worked with equal parts care and speed, keeping items well-protected while loading and unloading them quickly. Anything they took apart (ie bed frames, couch legs, etc) at our old house they put back together again at the new one, with skill and thoroughness. Gustavo, the head of the moving crew, asked us to explain locations and logistics for different items, then conveyed them to his crew who executed beautifully. They were a well-oiled machine! I've moved with Mass Bay Movers twice -- once through my insurance company when I had a leak in my house and had to move out for a month, and once when I moved from the city to the suburbs. The first time, the insurance company paid for them to pack everything, and they took great care. The second time, I paid for them to pack my kitchen, which was money well spent. They arrive on time, communicate well, and are careful with your items. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mass Bay movers! They were upfront and covered all details when receiving a quote and the move was 2.5 hours faster than originally planned, which saved us money. Junior was the head of the moving team and him and his crew were fast, careful, on time, and very friendly and easy to work with. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and very rarely write reviews, but from start to finish I could not be more impressed. 15/10 !

Rich, Marcos, and Marcus worked tirelessly, requiring a two-day move up an second floor to an additional third floor loft. Not to mention that the trip itself was 300+ miles round trip ! The guys were super professional and surpassed my expectations for sure. Erica scheduled the move and was in constant communication with me, always pleasant and eager to help with any adjustments.
