EXCELLENT service every time I'm there. I've had them fix several broken pieces of jewelry for my that were very sentimental from my family. They did an amazing job. I also bought my wedding ring there and a have never been happier with purchases. The prices are reasonable, and they celebrate diversity!

Great staff, atmosphere, & of course beautiful jewelry!!! They recently fixed my Dad's ring that was cut off my finger during a hospital stay. It was pried all the way open so a whole new shank had to be created. They also are the most reasonable cost for watch replacement batteries

I’m so pleased with the service I received at Timmereck & McNicol Jewelers. I needed an emergency repair but was told it would be 2 weeks before it could be done. They called back after 6 days and said it was ready. It looks good as new! Good communication and great service!

I have always been paranoid about getting work on my wedding ring! Every single person I worked with was kind, patient and detailed. They called me on a regular basis to give me updates on the repairs. I am so impressed with the work and the price was far less than I had been quoted by anyone else. Not only did the replace my original diamond they set my original diamond which had been damaged in s pendant so I can still wear it. I am overwhelmed at the service, quality of work and price!

Over the past 15 years I have visited the store a dozen or so times; never to buy jewelry, but to have something repaired or altered. Frequently I have been assisted by Dave, who is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and interested. Though I no longer live minutes from this shop, when I have anything in need of a jewelers attention I drive the hour to take it here because I know I can trust them, that they will be reasonable in their charges, and that the work done will be of quality.

The people at T&MC absolutely go out of their way to meet their customers needs. My last major purchase from them was an astounding custom-made pendant that exceeded all my expectations (and those of the intended recipient) despite hurricanes, and floods...long story) I do not buy jewelry ANYWHERE else. Their excellent craftsmanship and service is without comparison.

I went in to see if they could change a watch battery for me. The lady said yes and that "it costs between $10 and $25." I said OK and they changed it for me, then charged me only $10. This tells me they are honest as they could have charged me more and I would have already consented to it. I much appreciate this. And they did it quickly for me on the spot.

The lady helping me spent a whole hour showing me things in the shop. Even though it was the end of the day, she still was very energetic and interested in helping me find what I wanted. She was able to help me isolate options both in my price range and at the standard I was looking for. I'll be going back for my next jewelry shopping trip!
