Mattress Firm Seekonk

I stopped in today to inquire about replacing a two year old mattress that was not meeting our needs. Sandy was very understanding and guided us through the selections with advice on the mattress system that would help address issues with lower back pain. She was patient as we went back and forth while answering all of our questions completely and honestly. It was a relaxed and very pleasant experience. We left feeling better about our decision to return to Mattress Firm!

This was a rewarding experience. I had researched Mattress Firm on line to see which mattresses met my needs. When I got to the store I checked out 3 or 4 mattresses, tried them out and picked the one I liked best. Sandy was a big help, answered all my questions and explained the delivery options. She was friendly and professional.She is an asset to Mattress Firm. Best of all the mattress that I chose was on sale!

Went to couple of stores but got the best deal at MattressFirm. Abraham is the guy to go to, friendly, pleasant and professional. He was not pressuring me into buying something and he had a lot of patience with me. Very good experience. Recommended store

Brian made our first time purchasing a mattress a great experience. Not only was he very personable and easy to speak with, almost like we made a new friend, but he also was very informative and educated us on the importance of quality sleep. He let us take our time in making the best decision with our purchase, not only meeting our budget, but also meeting our expectation for comfort/posture quality. Definitely recommend speaking with Brian for anyone who wants to make an investment on their next mattress.

John was very helpful in helping us make our decision on what bed to purchase. Went in wanting a plush mattress and left with a hybrid with an adjustable base. The pressure it took off my back was the deal breaker. Looking forward to enjoying my nights.

Abraham was very informative and helped us find the perfect mattress. The mattress test was a great feature. He presented it perfectly so that we understood the signs your body gives when you aren’t lying on the right mattress.Thank you! I needed a mattress. It is Christmas and a terrible time to do so. And such a confusing purchase. . I read online reports and ratings and became more confused. Then, on my way home, after an awful stormy day I thought, what the heck, I will just browse. I walked into Mattress Firm Seekonk and met Abraham. He was the coolest, friendliest, knowledgeable, non-pushy salesperson ever. He asked me easy questions, asked my price-range, remained unbiased, didn’t overwhelm me, and gave me choices that fit my needs. Never made me feel pushed or like he was trying to make the sale. And I bought a mattress!!! I financed at 0 percent for 24 months,,he explained EVERYTHING; the terms of financing, the mattress guaranty policy, (return policy,) delivery schedule, etc. in layman’s terms. I am a retired banker. I think I know when I am being sold, and when a person isn’t sincere or product savvy or customer focused. Abraham was a Gem, and I will recommend him to others.

James was awesome! Lucky for us he happened to be working in the Seekonk location for the day. (Hes normally in Providence I believe) Very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He made the entire experience easy and seamless. 100% recommend.

We needed a mattress so badly (ours was 20 years old!!) but I was avoiding mattress stores because I was so worried about being pressured into buying something but I was pleasantly surprised when we went into Mattress Firm in Seekonk and were helped by Brian.

He is so knowledgeable about mattresses and really listened to what we wanted in a mattress and took the time to let us try different firmness and helped us find the right mattress in our price range. I didn’t feel pressured AT ALL- it was such a different experience than I was expecting. I also learned so much about the optimal way to sleep, adjustable bases and different mattress types- it was fascinating. I can’t believe how much better this experience was than what I was expecting- I highly recommend Brian at Mattress Firm in Seekonk!

Abraham was very helpful and not pushy. Asked questions to help figure out what mattress would be best for me. I went in to purchase a mattress with adjustable base and left with 2 mattresses and bases. Price was good with Presidents Day sale so got second one for spare bedroom..

We purchased a mattress 3 months ago. My husband loves it, but it is too soft for me. I wanted to exchange for the same mattress but with the medium firmness. I thought it was going to be a hassle and would be charged fees not listed on the website. Not the case at all. John was extremely helpful in making the transaction go smoothly.

Had a wonderful experience with Brian. Extremely helpful and made this a stress free purchase. Wasn't expecting to find something both suitable and in my price range so quickly! Highly recommend coming into the store! :)

I haven't received my purchases yet, but the gentleman in the Seekonk store by the name of Brian was awesome, one of their best employees I have dealt with by far... if anyone is thinking of buying go to Seekonk and deal with the store manager Brian I give him 5 stars 🌟 for customer service, knowledge of the products and helping me to find what was right for me.
