After moving from Portland, I was referred to the Doty Team via my previous agent. I was immediately teated like I was part of the family and Devri was able to provide great insight into a vast stretch of the Willamette Valley. Devri always went above and beyond and was willing to show us houses in McMinnville, Salem, and all the rural areas in between. Devri's patience with us was amazing. Over the span of two-plus years, our location and home preferences changed on numerous occasions. Once we found "the one" Devri's knowledge and experience in closing deals really shined. We were able to win the bid at a much lower offer than I anticipated, on a home that had a lot of potential buyers and was only on the market for a short amount time. During the inspection and closing process Devri and Dom helped us negotiate money for repairs. Again, Devri and Dom's knowledge and experience helped us secure more money back from the seller than I had anticipated. My Wife and I were first-time home buyers and it was comforting having a team that was willing to answer all the questions we had and be willing to guide us through the process. I will be recommending the Doty Team to all my friends in the Willamette Valley.

From day one, I knew I was in good hands. And trust me, there were many days that were a challenge. None related to the Doty team's dedication and going beyond the call of duty finding me the perfect home.
I wanted a older fixer upper with short term rental opportunities, and walking distance from downtown. We looked at many homes, some with Devri FaceTiming me while touring in the pouring rain, I don't live near by.
There were a couple homes I was interested in, but Devri's homegrown knowledge of McMinnville, would say "No Shannon, I don't think that's the home for you." And I trusted her completely. Some were nasty, some didn't allow ADU's and others...boring.
Then we came across a unique property that checked every box plus more! I was beyond pumped! Strong, solid offer presented. Seven weeks with seven offers and playing real estate "Marco Polo", we closed. It was the craziest game ever, but we never lost focus, we never gave up and the team effort was incredible Devri worked her tail off and I had my hair colored many times.
