The people there are very nice and I barely filled out paper work ,they already called me to the back answered all my questions and ordered what I needed!

I have been treated by Dr. Nguyen @ Kingman pulmonary associates for several years. I have had nothing but excellent, quality care. The entire staff in my opinion is nothing less than first class! I refer these folks all the time. I’ve been to pulmonary specialist for past 13 years. From Las Vegas,Nv, Henderson Nv, Bullhead City. I Drive to Kingman. They take good care of me.

I have always been treated with respect and compassion by the entire staff. When I need to get a script for my oxygen or other items I use they are on the ball. I see Ryan and am quite happy with the care i receive. It does take a while to get appointments, so don't miss one. Seldom have to wait beyond my appt time to be seen. Office and waiting room are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend them definitely.

Every time I have a appointment my medicine that are supposed to renew never gets done the same day. It takes days and sometimes over a week. I have never been to a doctors office that does this. They admitted they messed up ,that the doctor forgot or failed to tell them about my medicine renewal. I have been calling everyday,still waiting for them to refil it.I have severe asthma and I need my meds

They have sure gone downhill in the past couple of years. I called for a prescription renewal and was told they would get back to me within 3 days. I got a call back over a week later. I'm just thankful my primary doctor renewed my prescription.

Does not answer questions or concerns. Questions were referred to pcp. Been wait and see for over 1yr. No imaging. 6 months between visits but only looks at last 30 days worth of results. Did receive better asthma meds

I was newly diagnosed with adult-onset asthma and prescribed a steroid MDI with an Albutrol “rescue” MDI. The steroid MDI ran out, as intended, in 30-ish days. I have been unable to get the med renewed for the last two (2) weeks despite multiple attempts to include using the patient portal, phone contact and face to face visits to the office. I can only assume from this failure to provide that KRMC is justifying the take rampant in the community.

I was supposed to be a patient and my husband was a patient. I called to make an appt after my sleep study, the woman cut me off repeatedly, refused to talk to me any further and then when i asked if there was anything else I could do she hung up on me after she replied, nope. Needless to say, my husband will no longer go there and neither will I. The drs are great. But we speak to the staff more than the drs. Therefore, i am not a fan of paying more money to be treated like my needs do not matter by the staff. I will be going to Las Vegas, Phoenix or flagstaff.

Awful!!! They don't really care about their patients. They are going down hill very quickly.
