Anderson Ford Bullhead City

It has been 19 years since we've bought a car! Needless to say we were pretty apprehensive about the process.
Joey was our sales person and he was absolutely fantastic! There was no pressure, no pushing. He asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle and he narrowed down the search from there.
Tom, the Finance Manager was funny, but cut to the chase. He was honest with us and actually saved us some money! Thanks Tom! Brianna in finance was so nice and patient with us. And a big thanks to AJ, who we were going to meet with but it just didn't work out. He was active through the whole process via text.

Had oil all over the door panel and floor mat after having service at Anderson.

Came in without an appointment with my truck in limp mode. Sherie was extremely understanding and helpful and got me in and on my way within two hours. I could not have asked to have a better experience, everything was top notch! Sherie is a huge asset to Anderson Ford!!

Helpful fitted me in as a walk-in on their busy day. Thorough fixed my problem and Could have easily turned me away. Got me out of there in about 4 hours. I know that doesn’t sound good, but honestly as busy as they were I expected to be there double. All in all a seamless experience

My first ever new car buying experience and this place just went above and beyond! Friendly, zero pressure and Micah really worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. I did not think I would ever in my life own a new car, but I drove with a great car at payments I can afford! This is where my business is staying. 10 out of 10 stars.

We had an unfortunate incident with our Ford product while we were on the road. We are originally from Michigan. Nick the service advisor and got our car looked at right away. Fortunately, they were unable to fix it because they did not have a transmission tech on site and had to send the car to their other affiliated dealership. As far as customer service goes, I am a retired, Ford employee and owned over 50 new ford products. Out of all dealers this was the best experience I’ve had with a service advisor. Keep up the great customer service Nick!!!!

I came in looking to buy a new car. No one pressured me or hung around while I looked. I appreciated that. When I did want to test drive one, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The paperwork handled by Hyrum was streamlined and went smoothly. Tom the manager did everything to help me buy the car. I have sold them two cars since I moved here and got a fair price each time. I highly recommend this dealership.

The people at Anderson Ford Bullhead City are honest and hard working. Adrian communicated regarding my Maverick Hybrid Build very well. Micah handled the in store sale and delivery with professionalism and grace. Heather in finance is a straight shooter.I drove home in a spotless vehicle with a full tank! It was a 300 + mile trip and I still have over a quarter tank

They were able to come up and pick up my car.
And work on it, fix my battery and they fix and gonna bring my car back to me.
I'm very, very happy with them.
And they are very polite.

This dealership is awesome; everyone, service, sales and desk are all very kind. The service folks keep you updated on progress and inform you of recommended services. Great waiting area that offer beverages and snacks too.

I had a taillight out and needed it fixed quickly. I had great service and I wish I could remember the young man’s name who helped me. Everyone on staff couldn’t have been nicer and I will recommend Anderson Ford to everyone I see. Five stars!!

I want To praise Nick’s assistance during our challenging time!!! He was incredibly efficient and provided timely updates!!! He worked with our cat carrier to allow us to ship our truck home to California. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!!!
