Dan and Susan are exceptional. We saw a beautiful green and blue, very very delicate glass snow flake ornament 3 years ago in their booth at the Oregon gardens. We decided we had to have it. It sparkled and danced in the sunlight. It was gorgeous. Susan wrapped it up in tissue and gave us a nice safe box for it. Unfortunately a couple years ago, I broke two of the "legs" off. I was heart broken. We were going back to the gardens this year, and I took the poor broken snowflake with me , hoping she would be there. Hoping ,beyond hope ,that she could fix it. She was there !!!!!!! I handed her my broken little snowflake. She looked at it and said ......"sure, I can fix that !" My heart jumped for joy .
Not only did she fix it beautifully, but she didn't charge me anything. Her husband was going to hand deliver it !! AND, he added a beautiful piece of his pottery, free !!! These two are AMAZING
