I had a great experience with Dr. Braze. I was called on a Monday for scheduling and was seen that same Thursday. I needed a tonsillectomy and had surgery set up and scheduled within 2 weeks of very first appointment. All of the staff was super friendly and informative. I'm currently recovering but would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Braze took her time with us, is very knowledgeable and has an exceptional memory. She treated my little girl with kindness and explained how her surgery would go ahead of time and the day of. Her staff is friendly and thorough. They truly care about their patients!

After having issues with my ears, I got a referral from my PCP and was scheduled immediately by Dr. Braze's office. Dr.
Braze and her staff are very professional. My diagnosis and treatment were explained precisely and extensively. The best thing is that I am no longer in pain. See you soon for my follow-up....mask on.

Always treats me with respect, she gets things done and is very compassionate. Her office is always smiling and work hard to get what you need done. It has taken me years to find a good ENT. I am glad she is so close to my home.

I would never recommend this Dr. She could care less about her patients as people. She diagnosed my 88 year old father with sleep apnea stressing it was vital for him to do a sleep study and get treatment. It took 9 MONTHS for the process due to the incompetence of her and her staff in scheduling timely follow up appointments and completing required paperwork for insurance. The staff often neglect to switch their phone over from answering service so it was often impossible to get hold of them. Without doubt, she is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Don't waste time with her, go elsewhere if you value your health.

Dr. Bernadette Braze, Very uncaring by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, most UNCARING Drs. Office here in Kingman. First it took a month just to get into see her then they scheduled an appointment a month later for surgery then they wanted to do surgery on my 4 year old while she had strep throat. They'd rather your child be sick and do surgery rather than healthy just getting off antibiotics so since she was on antibiotics they reschedule for a month later, then they call a week later and say she's going to be out of town they need to reschedule a whole other month out. Like i said very uncaring its not their kid so they don't care. If you want a good Dr. I suggest making the drive to Bullhead to see Dr. Baily.

I called the office to get things checked for a suspected deviated septum that caused snoring. The receptionist asked me to repeat it 3 times, then said " I don't think we help with snoring.." I hung up. Never saw the dr, but if she is dumb enough to have someone like that answering the phone, then she is probably someone to avoid.

The doctor is really arrogant and the office is rude and doesn't call you back to schedule an appointment. I got denied service because I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule so they kept saying they couldn't get ahold of the doctor, when I finally was done playing phone tag I said I would like to just set up a new appointment and they said no the Dr wouldn't not reschedule and go to BULLHEAD. Abosolute worst service !
