Converse Flagship Store (Converse Shoes Customized by You)

This store is amazing. First, you can spend some time there because you have many options to choose. (And you will wanna to buy everything!). There you can customize your Converse! It’s a funny experience!! Trust me. The staff is very nice and work to to the best. You can answer the survey and get discounts for the next purchase. Next to North Station MBTA. Highly recommended

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful. This store location feels boutique vs other greater Boston locations I've visited. Surprising, considering this is the HQ *flagship* store... or is it? It does have a custom area in the back where you can really bling up your shoe purchases, which is unique & cool. Overall, a great & pleasant experience so I plan to visit again when I'm in the TD Garden area - THANKS Team Converse!

Converse flagship store with headquarters upstairs. Store offers a customization workshop in the back to personalize your boots, building them from scratch. They also sell very cool patches. Staff is very professional and helpful. Best part is the location, great spot right next to Nigh Shift Brewery and walkable distance to the North End and TD Garden

Store has, in my opinion, an wide range of shoes and accessories. You can also design your own shoe from scratch since they have an workshop in the back.

If you love Converse then you have to check out this store. They offer customization services and exclusive hard to find styles.

TIP - there's a great coffee shop and brewery here that you can visit after picking up your new kicks. It was super cool to visit this store and see the corporate offices! I picked up a pair of shoes (how can you not!).

From the Converse store you can buy the latest designs, then try them out as you stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Boston. Check out the sneaker chandelier in the Converse Building entrance. Wildly wonderful.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my little one. The salesman was very patient because I didn't know the proper size or color to get. I called my wife and after 20 minutes on the phone with her asking what colors do they have . He set their with a smile and said take your time. Thank you very much. Great location and fantastic selection. The staff were all friendly and we got a great deal on a new pair of Converse for the whole family. I plan on going back to try out the "Design Your Own" lab. Beautiful view of the Bunker Hill Bridge.

Awesome store with great staff, Kenny was outstanding! My friend and I walked in to get new low tops and we were blown away by the custom shoes you can make.
Kenny walked us through the process and we each ended up getting a custom pair of high tops instead. Super cool spot.

Love this place! Every time I come back to Boston, I have to visit the store for the Lovejoy Wharf/Boston special edition shoes! The staff is always super friendly and helped me design my own Chucks! It's always an awesome experience!
