Have gone here the last couple of years to get kids' birthday cakes - decorator Eddie has done a GREAT job every time. He's very friendly and talented. (The cakes are better, and cheaper, than the bday cakes we used to get from Whole Foods).

Shopping at this Star Market is always a true delight, unless my 6 year old starts playing Hide and Seek on me inside this big beautiful store (Lol). Then I get a little flustered just because I want to enjoy and explore items and sales.

Always clean and busy, especially during rush hours. If you want fresh hot food, you got it!! Especially Garden Events and after work when hot food especially is moving and turning over. Right at dinner time, they bring out all the hit food they freshly cooked for the expected crowd.

Tonight the roasted chickens were on sale for $6.99 ea. It was so hot, fresh, tender, and juicy out of rotisserie. Very easy, simple to prepare a delicious meal at home fast. Grabbed a bag of Signiture Brand Frozen Veggatable 1 pound bag for $1.50 on sake. We still have plenty of chicken left for another 2 meals each. That is a great deal with exceptional quality. I recommend stopping in around 5-7pm to take home a rotisserie chicken if you are looking to feed the family or yourself with ease and on the cheap without sacrificing quality, and everyone is happy. Works for my family of 2-3 people with leftovers. They have many hot food options they cook for lunch and dinner daily.

They have tons of heillium balloons and flowers every day. I love riding down and up the long escalators. On popular holidays, it looks like a balloon store. They have so many huge and massive designs to choose from. Yes, I do wish they were slightly cheaper, but they are so amazing and unique. I have not seen another store with these large, beautiful floating balloons everywhere. They also have live mini trees for Christmas time.

This Star Market has the longest row of beer coolers. Wine and liqours.

I use the Star Market Application. I see some people state you shouldn't need it for sale items. You do not need it for regular sale items. You do, nor do you need your phone number for sales. What does it do is gives you additional perks and services. Place orders for Delivery or Pickup. Gives additional coupons for further savings. Tracks your purchases and what you spend and earn towards rewards. Redeem rewards for free items, as well as gasoline savings.

There are 2 items I really want you to begin to carry Star Market The Smply Bare Spicy Chicken" Breast" (not strips or bites). and Bag Pillsbury Frozen Buttermilk Biscuits. Also love Hot Wheels and Play Doh. Pokémon Cards, etc. I like to bribe my son with a reward for good behavior and when I see the affordable and entertaining options I get excited for the fun we can have when we get home. You often have items like these, though they do go out of stock fairly quickly.

Random - They have better jackfruit then the 6 Asian grocery stores I’ve been to in Boston. And it’s somehow cheaper here too.

Love this grocery store. It’s great for North Station Commuters and those living near the area. (I’ll add more photos as I shop here more)

Here are the reasons this place is a 5 star:

1. Star Bucks + Mini Grocery Store for people in a hurry on the top floor. Bottom floor is the entire grocery store.
2. They have a great selection of produce from standard to exotic. And its all fresh and vibrant
3. The have a great selection of meat
4. The have everything from cost effective to the primo-organic options
5. Their cafeteria section is something I really love:
– Hot Food options
– Grill area
– 10 types of Wings (never seen that anywhere)
6. You can make your own Frozen Food, and they have a TON of options
7. They have a wide selection of alcohol from Standard to Ultra Premium (think $700 bottles)
8. Worth re-iterating they have a lot of Organic options
9. They have Self-Checkout and Traditional Cashiers. There's never a line, at least the times I've gone.
10. The store is well organized
11. It is very clean here
12. The staff is good, friendly, and very helpful.

Great selection of fruit and vegetables, and vegan food options. Perhaps a few too many choices of boxed mac and cheese and frozen meals.

I strongly dislike the concept of grocery baggers, and the baggers at Star Market are sadly a little bad at their one task. When I beg to pack my own bags, they still interfere and do it all wrong. Luckily, they have self checkout machines, so you can avoid this most of the time.

The staff are always kind and happy to help.

Clean and nice. A relatively large store. Their food / meal bar has hot food and you can also order fresh sandwiches and they will make them while you wait. We bought a wrap and it was so big that my wife and I shared it and didn't finish it.

Great store. Surprisingly huge given the location. And they sell alcohol.

Being from out of town (L.A.), the thought of a grocery store underground blew my mind. I was in the area to ride the train to NH. I passed by the store and didn't even know what kind of store it was.. My family and I ended up getting snacks at CVS. Now on the way back from NH, thats when I noticed there was escalators going down.
We went down and what a surprise. Instantly regretted going to CVS the 1st time. This market has an amazing selection of Hot Foods!! Fully stocked! I highly recommend & will definitely be a returning happy customer the next time I'm in Boston. Literally a hidden 💎 gem!

Convenient grocery store at the North Station MBTA subway stop. There is a food court at the lower level where they have great food selection and buffet with table and chairs. On the first floor, there is a Starbucks.

It was pretty good. Bought 2 bags of groceries for $51 & change. Sometimes 1 bag can cost that much ! Depends on what you buy

This store is very clean and has a lot of selection. I was surprised by the size of this Star Market. If you use their app to clip coupons the prices come out to be fairly decent too. It is also very close to the Orange Line meaning it's very easy to get here via the T.

This is probably the nicest & biggest Star Market store in New England/the US. They have a huge & great selection of groceries & hot food options. The deli is also amazing and you can build your own subs & hot sandwiches. Their bakery also has really awesome desserts & nice/higher end cake/baked good options as well. This location also has a massive selection of beer, wine, & liquor. My brother loves beers from smaller craft breweries & I’m pretty much always able to find him what he’s looking for at this Star. Additionally, they have a wonderful pharmacy & pharmacy staff on-site. The Pharmacy Manager, Enola, is THE BEST pharmacist & really cares about you as a patient. I have refused to go to larger chain pharmacies for years now, and I was hesitant to start getting my meds from here, but it has been one of the best choices! They always have my meds, and if they don’t, they can get them in one day. They also always try to help you get the lowest price possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pharmacy!

Best Star Market in the city. It has a variety of products for every dietary restriction. It also is perfect to but travel size stuff and has a little pharmacy with all the essentials. One of the best things is the prepared food bar!

Conveniently located with a large variety of hot foods and a nice salad bar. Bigger than it looks from the outside and great prices.

Prices are better then Roche Market. I'm from out of town and when comparing prices between two stores, Star Market has everything including warm and ready to eat food items. Check out the blue-lit restrooms!

I go there for the food bar they got Regina's pizza, some Chinese and a deli where you can get a sandwich and hot food bar and salads. Plus great employees for the most part

The customer service here has been great and I want to especially commend Carol from the florist shop for her extraordinary care. She really took the time to help with my purchase and provide her guidance, and even went above and beyond to help me get my plants into my car. This was stellar service and Carol should truly be recognized for her hard work and care.

Very clean and organized prices are good.

Finally a great supermarket in the city. Prices are great. Meat department has great pre prepared dinners just put in oven you re ready to go
