My 1st appointment here was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience with Linda the dental 🦷 hygienist who also took lots of x-rays. Dr. Farr is very professional & easy to understand & follow. I’m very happy 😊 to have found this full service Dental Practice.

Dr. Krista AND all the staff are beautiful souls. I'm so glad I picked this office. It was worth the 2 hour drive !! Even gave me a gift bag with a mug as a new customer. Thanks guys ♥♥

This was the 2nd year I took advantage of Dr Farr's generous offer to treat veterans at no charge on Veteran's Day. This is extra special for me, being a Viet Nam veteran.

I had my teeth cleaned by Linda who was very professional and really made me feel appreciated for my service, so many years ago. As did everyone else from the receptionist to the office manager.

I love Dynamic Dentistry Az! The team is amazing and caring. I feel right at home when I am there. Dr. Farr is very gentle and I agree with all the treatment she recommends for me and my family. I'ma big ole chicken when it comes to dentistry but the staff here did everything to make this less stressful for me. They really took time to put me at ease and explain all the procedures. I also felt like they were up on the latest and best treatments. I will be telling my friends and family about it. I am glad I found my dentist!!

Pleasant atmosphere at first , until check out and price of service.
Quoted on phone a cost, and set appointment.
Cost was higher than qouted, office manager in 3 attempts of conversation with Dr Farr- finally agreed upon cost qouted to me by phone.
"The Golden Rule " philosophy, is their concept.
Not when it comes to money, I was told not to come back!. $30.00 difference.
Procedure done by Dr Farr was marginal at best, compared to another college on the mountain.
Simple crown re-cemented- procedure.
Positive, they work with V.A ...

We used to like this office, until we constantly had issues with them and our insurance. First they try to call me to reschedule an appointment that’s been scheduled for months to an earlier time, unfortunately I couldn’t take the earlier slot. Since this is a Friday I’m assuming that it’s be everyone there wants to leave early. Well they Call back 2 hours before my appointment and tell me I owe $600 at this appointment, $300 in past due, $300 In deductibles. I try to tell them that that’s not right, our insurance has a LIFETIME deductible, once the $100 per person is met, you don’t have to pay it again. The girl argues with me telling me it renews yearly. Then tells me I owe $300 for past services. My insurance covers these services 100%, so I shouldn’t owe. I cancelled because I was fairly certain I shouldn’t owe. Once I got off the phone with them, I called my insurance to verify and find that they’ve only submitted one claim to them for $99 dollars for a cleaning and exam. Verified that my deductible is in fact a LIFETIME deductible. While we enjoyed Krista as a Dr., we won’t be back. Trying to get people to cancel appointments because you want to leave is just unprofessional. And I’m sure I’m going to see a bill for canceling too.
