Holiday Inn St. Louis - Creve Coeur, an IHG Hotel

Amazing and absolutely clean rooms! Literally everything was clean! (Except there was a used washcloth on the shower curtain rod, but it was a very small problem). The beds were so comfortable and we got third floor rooms so the view was nice and being that high was so cool. The shower and bathroom were both so great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check out late after we asked them if we could. Very much worth what I paid. Only slight problem was that it is kind of hidden and in a weird spot, but I know that is not the staff's fault!

Person at front desk was so kind. Room was very clean and name brand soaps if you don't bring your own. Very clean building. Kiddos enjoyed the swimming pool. Definitely will be visiting again.

Stayed for their New Year Masquerade party and we had an excellent experience! Our room was, to our surprise, way beyond what we expected! It was big, super clean and very modern and the pillows... we really wanted to steal them but we did not. It was surprisingly quiet,given that HWY 270 is a couple hundred yards away. From checking in with Danielle to the buffet lineup to the great drinks being served up by Tony & Kayla to ice cold beers from Willie (we think that was his name) and then of course, breakfast at the bar with (sorry, forgot her name) but we taught her how to make an Irish Breakfast Shot. She looked mortified that someone would be drinking Jameson at 8am, but hey, we're pro's! Everyone at the hotel was extremely professional and courteous and made sure we had a good time! Looking forward to next year!

I had one of the best stays at this little gem! The front desk staff (specifically Janice) are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is updated and very clean. The bed slept like a dream, the water pressure was amazing, towels were very fluffy and air conditioning kept the room at a very cozy, cool temperature. I will highly suggest this to anyone in the area!

Beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean hotel tucked away in a nice location. Service was attentive and friendly. Bracken Room (restaurant and bar) is located on-site. Daily drink specials and happy hour from 3pm-7pm. Our waitress/bartender was beyond amazing. She even offered to let us sample some beers on tap. The room more than exceeded our expectations. It was clean, roomy, and the bed was comfortable. Definitely worth the price! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend

Excellent stay for a visit to BJC west. Clean and comfortable. Felt safe there. Restaurant inside with a bar. Food was ok.

Hotel looks and feels brand new. Rooms were spacious and clean.

As amazing as the hotel itself was, the staff was even better. We were part of an adaptive hockey tournament in April of 2023 and Janice and her team went above and beyond making sure our disabled athletes and their families felt right at home.

I had never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, and thanks to this experience I will be looking to book with their brand going forward.

This was by far the best hotel stay ever. The staff were so friendly! The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The food was amazing and Zelia was so friendly and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend staying here

Nice place. It's tucked away from everything and quiet. There's a small sports bar attached to it for some food, but no free continental breakfast. The showers are awesome. They put the shower heads high up so you don't have to contort yourself to get under it. And it has really good pressure. Best part of the stay.

The staff was all super nice and helpful! Everyone did their job and was quick and nice. Janice was very kind and helpful and there was another woman whos name i forget (sorry maam) that was also very helpful! Good nice clean rooms, and also they have those nice glass rootbeers and cream sodas you can buy in the lobby, and good breakfast at the attached restaurant.

So impressed with this hotel I’m usually very good at spotting the flaws became I get nervous at the idea of getting a room thats dirty but this hotel was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very clean, no smoke smell, bed clean and comfy, lobby and pool gorgeous! Loved our stay here! Definitely recommend for those who appreciate cleanliness and comfort!

Clean rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Stay here all the time for work and they treat you like they know you and have a conversation with you if you want and make the lonely times away from home not as lonely.

Only issue that I had was the $50 hold they do for incidentals per room. We are Platinum Elite members that should stand for something besides a water bottle. Plus the $100 hold now 3 days later still has been let go. Other than that the hotel is well maintained. Every employee was very nice, friendly and helpful.

By far this is one of the best Holiday Inn's I've stayed in. The staff suburb, The Lounge Suburb and The Room Suburb . Very beautiful hotel you can tell the owners take pride in their business and make sure their customers enjoy their stay!

Clean, easy to find, and centrally located, I didn't have a single issue during my stay. I was also impressed by how well lit the parking lot.

I overheard several horrible experiences from people who reserved through a third party. The worst one was a family visiting from Colorado who were falsely told by the third party that the hotel was pet friendly when it wasn't.

Stayed a night due to weather conditions. Great food at the sports bar. Amazing customer service throughout. The room and hotel were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were heavenly, and that shower!! I didn't want to get out if it. My night was simply perfect! Thank you for an awesome stay Holiday Inn!

I travel to STL a lot for Cardinals and Blues games. Usually going and coming back home the same day. But sometimes I will splurge and rest in town overnight. After trying a couple places, this has become my spot. New and clean. Staff has always been nice. It has the feel of a mini-fancy hotel. Only about 20 minutes from downtown and has everything I need for my baseball/hockey trips.

The hotel is in a good location, is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. Every event for our job seekers attracted a fantastic turnout.
