John Klein recently sold our house for us. I honestly don’t know if we would have ever closed if it hadn’t been for his determination and professionalism. We don’t live in town, so he helped us take care of everything we had to do for the sale including getting bids for all the work that needed to be done and facilitating the repairs, working with our tenants that had to vacate the property, and even helping the new owner once he took possession. This fall I decided to sell my rental property in Newberg, Oregon. As a resident in Washington state, I relied on the professional guidance and expertise of Randy McCreith and Catherine Summers to represent my interests as an out-of-state seller throughout the process. They did a great job of researching the market to find the best price in which to list my home and also assisted me with facilitating communication between myself, my property management company, and the existing tenants to maximize respect and minimize disruption. My home was listed for approximately one week before being matched with interested buyers. The whole transaction has completed itself within 75 days from listing. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them. (I also used their property management branch to manage my rental property for approximately two years and was very pleased with their oversight and tenant selection as well)

Great food

My husband and I are planning to move to the Willamette Valley in a couple of years. I scheduled a meeting with a realtor to have a preliminary discussion about this move. Patrice Irving was not put off by the fact we're still two years out, and helpful and provided lots of good information that will guide my husband and I in our decision. We look forward to continuing to work with her!

Their website wasn't user friendly to me. I struggled to easily navigate and the photos and information was scarce.

I'm sure they're good at selling houses. However when it comes to renting I called them about properly and got no response back. The apartment for rentdont have good tour procedure or processes.

I had to visit in person and I was lucky to catch the apartment manager who's apparently never in their office. She said that she would help me out on new property and that the one I called was probably a scam even though the number went directly to her phone.
So she never called me back on that property I had to visit again in person and get her cell number to contact her.

I contacted her she asked me for a tour by this
time I was excited to finally get a tour. I can understand that people have anxiety while working. I called the main office and saying hey can you help her out because I need this tour and I generally think she might need help maybe a reminder that I was supposed to get one.

So I'm a bit impatient by this time I told her to please folloe through because this is the third property I looked at and I was confronting her I don't think I was rude or really had an attitude I was just a bit impatient and was slightly upset that she hadn't fall through on the tour. The main manager called me and said I made people uncomfortable I said Yeah you're going to make people uncomfortable when you confront them but I wasn't rude I was just confronting them.

I just don't think their apartments for rent are that all well managed I think it should be a different manager or person in charge of the tours and setting up. .getting people on board with the apartment itself
