Tito & Andrew were awesome!! I have never had service so detailed, they even took apart my swamp cooler to deep clean it and made sure all parts were working properly. Very friendly, very polite and helpful in every way. They were GREAT at their job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a home maintenance/repair technician. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify our issue quickly and accurately, and took the time to thoroughly explain and ensure my understanding of the factors that caused the situation and our options to rectify it. He also clearly explaining pricing options and the excellent customer service policies of this business. Work was performed exactly as discussed in advance, timely, and and for a fair price. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown by Jeremy and the whole M&R Service team. Fingers crossed there are no more leaks or other plumbing troubles in our near future, but when the next one occurs, I will absolutely be calling M&R with confidence in their ability to fix it! Would recommend to anyone looking for fair, fast, and quality service in the Farmington NM area!

Edit: We had a follow-up issue about two weeks after our initial service call. Sam and Andrew came out and spent several hours ensuring the matter was fully resolved, and were extremely gracious and technically skilled in doing so. I am consistently impressed with the quality of this business’s customer care and honorable business practices, specifically in this instance by honoring a warranty on previous work to completely make things right with our plumbing rather than just replacing the one part that had failed again. So grateful to know there is a dependable and trustworthy team at M&R, and for how kind everyone we have interacted with has been.

Sam & Parker did an amazing job at Maverik today. Very efficient and polite. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

I hired M&R to replace an old hot water heater with a new tankless hot water heater. They did a fantastic job. Johnathon, Cory and Gene were great. The job could have easily spanned into a second day but the worked late and finished in one. Everything went smoothly and i highly recommend working with M&R.

Dylan from M & R Plumbing Service is awesome! He came a day earlier than scheduled after hearing we had no water! It was just for an estimate but he got it fixed the same day. Great service. Also explained what he was going to do before and showed me what he had done after. Highly recommended.

Excellent installation! My new sink was well installed and looks beautiful! Obid Hamblin was super friendly and professional. He got to it and got the job done. Best plumbing experience I ever had. I highly recommend Mr. Hamblin and M&R Plumbing.

Sam is an awesome plumber! Very courteous and very polite! He took time to explain exactly what he was going to do to locate the leak, and what repairs would be done once the leak was found. He took pictures and explain to me all that was going to be detailed in the email to me. We also discussed replacing my water heater and he gave me a quote. I highly recommend Sam and hope he will come back to install my water heater. Very satisfied customer! Thank you!

Morgan and Jeremy did an excellent job today replacing my sewer line! I appreciated how efficient and thorough they were with every aspect of the process- excavation, camera inspection, installation of new line and clean out. Very pleased.

Jacob and Brandon were awesome! They were very upfront about the cost of the repair. They got the repair done quickly, and did an amazing job! Very highly recommend M & R Services.

I was surprised at the quickness oh R & M’s response to the problem of our water heater going out. Jeramy arrived sooner than anticipated and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and the exact cost. He left no stones uncovered. He was fast and efficient with the installation of our new water heater. We are very happy.

I appreciated Jacob taking the time to answer our questions and fix our pipe. He really was trying to do his best for us and it completely showed. Thanks to him and M & R.

I reached out to M&R Plumbing Services needing some help with a trenchless sewer liner. Robert and Damon were exceptional in service and, wow, did they impress with their knowledge and skill! These guys are the real deal. I was able to see some of their work in action and was super impressed. They have the tools, knowledge, expertise to handle any situation. I also spoke with Daniel and Travis, and they answered all my questions. 5 stars all around!

If you need plumbing/electric/restoration assistance, these guys are the best.

They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions - always professional. From the office staff to the workers coming into the home, everyone is customer service oriented and attentive. Special shout out to Cody and Ty'Rek. Thanks, guys. I'll be calling them for all my future needs. (Literally less than an hour after making this post I just saw that they reset the time on my appliances 😯 this company is the best!!)

Update 4/12/24 [Electrical Work]: Had to bring my new place up to code and Kyle was amazing. It was a normal thing that turned weird, found a surprise and the whole thing took almost 10 hours! But, M&R figured it out, fixed me up and were professional the entire time. Thank you!!

Chandler and Andrew were absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful and extremely patient as we were trying to work through some hard times. They were understanding and took time to explain everything we needed to know about the process and options we had. They answered any and all questions we had and reassured us that they were there to help. My family and I could not be happier with our first experience with M & R Plumbing As well as Chandler and Andrew who showed they cared every step of the way. We pray this company as well as the individuals working for it continue to be blessed and safe. Our words can never thank you enough!

From the first call to the actual service M&R Plumbing was superior. We had an after hours problem but they were able to take care of us in a timely manner. Chandler Wagner was friendly, professional, and thorough. He was respectful of my home and my time.

Stephen & Jacob are amazing young Men. They are thorough in their assessment & find the best way to complete the job. They worked tirelessly to get done what was necessary to keep us with plumbing essentials for the night, until they return the next day to wrap things up. Very Professional & caring Men that your Company should be proud of!

Alec and Josh and crew did a great job finishing the replacement of our sewage line with the pull in place section. Alec, Josh and crew are very professional, communicate well, are very polite, do a complete job and clean up when they are done very well. There have been many moving parts to this job for us, and the work and coordinating that the whole crew at M&R has done has been excellent. We are very happy with the job that they have done and the time that they took to get the job done correctly. We will definitely call M&R Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have in the future! Through the nastiest weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail) the crew persisted and got the job done and managed to be pleasant and accommodating. AWESOME
