This was my second time picking a truck with Advantage Doge. I cannot say enough about this Jeep dealer, I called service advisor hector medina on Monday and said I need 4 new Goodyear Adventure tires for my stock Sahara. He found 3 in one warehouse and 1 in another, had them shipped to advantage jeep and Thursday installed them and did a front end alignment.
All this on short notice because we’re going out of town. Hats off to Hector and advantage jeep for making it happen. On top of all this, Hector is the nicest guy you could ask for to do business with. Five stars for a great experience. Thank you

The service on my 2019 jeep grand cherokee was completed in a reasonable amount of time and i received a video showing my air filter condition. I was escorted to my vehicle and the service tech verified oil pressure prior to my depature.i was very impressed by the total service experience .

They repaired my truck and gave me a loaner vehicle, which I really do appreciate. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked and the communication could have been better , but it was a good experience
