Online order pickup for a TV and it was super simple and the folks there were very helpful in getting it out to the car.

Good store, little bit of everything electronic you might need, not like it used to, but good enough. The workers here are awesome and helpful, don't seem in a rush to make a sale, or pushy, not bad. A young man was asking about an amp for his car speakers, his sales guy gave him a good run down of what he may need, I dig that. Better store than some I've shopped in my home of Phoenix AZ. Good job.

I really like going here just to browse. The floor staff are great at offering their aid and also not pushing it. I've never had a problem here and every encounter has been very helpful. I found a slick new convection range for half the price because of scratches on the side. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll get it for you. In this age you can get it yourself just as fast but BB will facilitate your needs if you'd prefer it that way. They hire good people for sure.

Joe B came to my house and set up my tv. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A Dish installer had installed a new satellite receiver. He messed up my tv settings where I could hardly watch tv. I explained the situation to Joe B and in no time at all he had the tv working great. He set up the sound bar, Roku, Dish, Prime, HBO Max, and Netflix. After Joe B’s instruction I was able to navigate between the apps like a PRO. I would highly recommend Joe B to anyone who needs installation and setup on their electronic devices.
