Chili's Grill & Bar

I'm kind of shocked at Chili's. My original experience was terrible, so to come back 4 years later and things are completely better is astounding. Customer service was great and attentive. The food came out fresh and hot, and they refilled and replaced food without being prompted. I even told the waiter that she was awesome and left a good tip. Will be coming back! Shoutout to the veteran bartender at the bar!!!

I can truly say this was one of the best lunches me and my husband had in a while, the food was fresh and so delicious, our sever Sarah was outstanding!!! She was on top of everything for us from start to finish. I almost gave up on Chill's due to not so good service. This will be our new spot for lunch. Very pleased. Happy Customer.

Nice place, yummy food . Service is awesome. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the decoration. Just one thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the restroom . Other then that they are amazing

We stop here regularly before concerts. In the recent past, the service has been almost nonexistent. I think they've changed the requirements and now have servers!
The food is pretty consistent and always good. The beer is cold, so that always a plus.
I would recommend you trying it, as we have several times now.

There was a wait at the time when we were here for dinner. But, this was open late night and we had a good time. Ambience was good as other Chilis. Great service and food. I tried the traditional Chilis burger and was good. The last time we visited, I had the chicken waffles which was a different experience :D Overall satisfied.

Such great service and great food. We had a pretty big group with children under 5. And everyone was so accommodating with boosters and high chairs. It made our visit effortless and easy to maneuver without being in the way.

Medium steak and steak and chicken fajitas! It was so good and the girls here were fast and efficient!! The food came quickly and was hot! I highly recommend!!!

Came here before heading to the concert pavilion nearby. Food, service and atmosphere all were awesome! We had the brisket quesadilla, the steak plate and some very cold beers. All was great! Our server was super nice and accommodating. Atmosphere was very chill.

Drinks were amazing! Food came out fast and delicious 😋 The waiter played along with my British accent lol Best part! Customer service is spot on! 100%

This was our first time coming to a Chili's period. It was wonderful! We ordered both fajitas and ribs both were to die for. The margaritas were delicious. The service was awesome super attentive, we never were ignored, we hope the Chili's in Mesa is just as good. Thanks guys!!

They messed up my order but manager fixed it quickly. The manager was awesome which is why I'm rating this way. However, the staff definitely need more training.

One of my old Army buddies came into town so we picked this spot to go catch up we sat at the bar we were talking the bartender came and took our order by the end of the night it was time to go we were given our bill the bartender said I heard yall both are in the military so I got the military discount applied to the bill ahead of time

We were here for lunch a day and had a good experience. They had lunch specials we didn't know about, and the staff was very friendly.

Great service great food just everything

Me and my family decided to give Chilies another try so we visited them today, there were 20 of us! The Gentleman in the front that sitted us had a big smile ☺, very cheerful and welcomed us with a pleasant attitude! Very politely he asked where we wanted to sit my daughter Luisa responded, he then called the server Jess (Jessica) which was so Professional and fast. The big man even presented himself (Manager) Mr. John Bell whom by the way is a very humble man didn't hesitate to assist his co-workers now he's a keeper! There was another young girl whom was awesome working with Jess but I didn't get her name 😔!
I would like to add that these folks went out of their way to accommodate us, not only was the service awesome so was their food they made a great team and kept it together. Chilies needed to step up to their game again!...Thank you teamsters keep up the great Job!...I will return!!!...😇

This place was busy we did take out and still this place had awesome food and recommend this place to anyone!
