Good guys, really. Fastest car buying experience I ever had. I didn't finance and it took literally 15 minutes to purchase. Some people may have had issues, but I found that talking to Mark at the dealership was a helpful first step. These are cheaper used cars, folks. You should know what you're paying for. They aren't going to be perfect, but they work. Take a mechanic for $80 if you need to or you can walk away. But if you have issues, contact the dealership. Mark answered on the first ring. I got my little car and it looks great. Had a small oil leak, called Mark, he immediately said bring it down and we'll put in on the rack and see what's going on. They could have easily said "all sales final", too. But they didn't. They didn't just jack up the fees, either... $5999 for the car, $1000 for the rest.

My experience was excellent with Carland. No pressure to buy. Purchase a car for my son's birthday cash deal we understood the car was used. This place has good used cars. Fantastic customer service. There was a couple issues went back for advice. Carland was able to assist with repairs the car has been excellent ever since. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Carland.

I just have to share my experience that I had at Carland. The car I purchased is used and reliable. The staff was informative and knowledgeable in every step of the car deal. I was excited when I got my car. They made the process easy and stress-free. With Carland there was no hidden bs, very honest. I got to work with several staff members throughout the process and the customer service I received was very professional. Thank You Carland!!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a car who is having trouble getting financed. From the moment that I spoke to Steve on the phone all the way until I drove away in my new car they were very friendly and did everything they could to get me into a vehicle I am very satisfied and I walked away with a 2016 Jeep Patriot write in my budget range after 7 or 8 dealership told me I could not get financed thank you so much to Steve and all of the staff I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle

Great car buying experience with an honest crew! - Bought a Mazda at 100k miles and it's running beautifully. It's a used car shop, so all they can do it make certain the thing is running well and they certainly do! They are straight-up honest on the prices and inventory and gave me zero haggle. They did a trade very smoothly, even drove me to the bank so we could finalize everything quickly. -- Later, I discovered the title change never went through and thought, "oh no..used car dealerships...". I gave them ONE phone call and they were all over fixing it, going through the title company, making everything perfect, and Fed-exed a fresh title and plates in 3 days flat. Very impressed with the honesty and have already sent family members over to them.

THIS...PLACE...IS...AMAZING!When i say that this dealership goes above and beyond for you I truly mean it. Although Anthony was my car sales man.. I've actually had interactions with the other people that work there..Dave..Matt..Mark all positive attitudes and were super helpful. My credit is FARRRRRRR from perfect but they were able to get me into the car that I wanted. If I ever have any questions about the car, I know that I can call and get an answer with no issues. This dealership really works with you... I recommend them to ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR!

At the beginning of this year I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Carlandaz, there was a issue with the vehicles exhaust where the car shuts off. I immediately called the dealership, they came to my apartment, picked up the SUV no hesitation. They called me and told me the issue was still under warranty with Ford and they would be taking my SUV to a Ford dealership. A few days later, I had my SUV back and running, I was recently a month ago rear ended and my vehicle was a total loss. I went to Carlandaz this past weekend to look at some other vehicles the review that says they have old beat up cars isn't true. If you have credit issues I'd recommend them to you because the big dealership don't want to help or they want a 5000.00 deposit. These are used vehicles they are not brand new cars, even brand new cars have had recalls. I had no problem with this dealership when I called for repair.

I’ve been looking to buy a car for months with no luck. My credit is horrible and no one would even try to help. I saw an ad online and figured why not. I spoke to John and he said to come down and that he would get me in a car that day. He was so helpful throughout the process and walked me through each step. Any question I had he was able to answer on the spot. I was able to drive off the lot with my new car! I couldn’t thank these guys enough! Will definitely be sending everyone here! Thanks again!

Had car for over 3 month now.I hit some thing in the flooded street .Went to Carland and they put a new oil pan on my car for ONLY $79..

I fricking love this place. They have awesome reliable newer cars and got me an insane impossible deal and my payments are low and affordable! Steve and Eric are so cool and fun to work with and made the process fast and enjoyable. I definitely didn't have to spend my entire day buying a car! I love my car! So glad I went there and would definitely recomend it! Ask for Steve and/or Eric! Thanks guy's!!!

I was told by a big dealer that my situation was bad, that i'd need atleast 5 to 6 grand down to get financed. Kept seeing ad's on craigslist about this place. Called and explained my struggle of getting a car. Right away eric invited me down to see what we could work out. 2 hours later i was driving home in a new car. Check them out if you're having a tough time and ask for Eric!

Saw an Xterra posted on Craiglist with an OTD Price OUT THE DOOR. I spoke to John on the phone and said that is the price, no funny stuff. Told me to come down right away. John wasn't there when I arrived but Tony was glad to offer me help. It was a delight and to my surprise the price was the price with no "Fees" added on to the advertised price. Thanks fellas!

First time buying a car and it was a really good experience, was really scared I wasn’t going to be able to get in a car do to my credit, but Anthony went above and beyond to get me in a car, and still checks in to see how everything is with the car, really nice and helpful. Fast and friendly.

Let me start off thinking that the ad I saw online for this dealer was a lie everyone is approve because I have already been turned down all over town and thought I was never going to get a good car again on how bad my credit was I had hard times again and again in my life and had 3 repo and a bunch of collections so thought I am stuck going to a buy here pay here lots and get some old clunker/salvage car and be stuck making bi weekly payment such a hassle cant rebuild credit with them cause they dont report to credit but I said what the heck let me give them a call so I did talked to John told me to fill the online application and he would call me back so I did he called me back and said I was approved and told me that I needed to bring in my last 2 pay check stubs a bill to my address and some references still not thinking I was going to get a car and it was a bunch of b's I went down anyways to give them a try and I wanted my payments under $350 a month and only had $750 to put down full size car they gave me like 20 to choose from and I picked out a 2013 Chevrolet impala Ltd it had leather moon roof and only 46k for miles carfax showed it was a 2 owner no accidents clean title car my payments were $311.34 with a real bank the whole process took 1hour from start to finish
