Jessica is great! I've been coming for two months for cranial sacral to help with chronic migraines and other headaches. Jessica has helped so much--whether it is the treatment itself, the exercises and stretches she shows you how to do at home, or simply offering other tips and tricks to help you feel better--Jessica is great. And an added bonus is that she accepts insurance, which many cranial sacral therapists do not, which makes it even more affordable--treated as a part of rehab rather than a luxury treatment. And happy to report a 50% decrease in my headache frequency and intensity since working with Jessica.

After years of shoulder problems stemming from an injury, many things helped temporarily but working with Jessica has helped me...not have to see her! She is great at her work and I am forever grateful!
