Great place to live, friendly neighbors and very respectful. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a great place to live 5 stars,

Makes you really feel the true Xmas spirit!! Lots too see! It's a wonderful environment for the whole family. He decorates every year starts in July and ends on Thanksgiving so he can open house wonderful display of all sorts of dolls, Santa, the m&m guys a bigger sleigh in the driveway to have your pics taken free. The gentleman just asks for a donation to help pay for his$2000.00 light bill for the 2 months. I'm sorry I'm not sure what the gentlemen's name is. Overall just wonderful.. First time there my sister and I came from Vegas and Colorado and our younger sister is the one who lives in AZ.. We enjoyed it all..

The trailers are too close together If I had money I would move to a piece of land where I can have quiet. I should have moved to a trailer with an acre or two when I had chance to. Only ting about thus us I'd need to talk to management can't go in office anymore is never open have to go online or call. Used to be could go in office in park but can't managers never in office hardly at all. I recently had a tree fall on east fence into yard it hit my shed in not sure if hit water meter or I may have a leaking pipe under trailer. My water bill jumped at sixty dollarsr When get it looked at if us not then it may be meter but I think it's something related to my spare bath which has two hoses that broke and it will ll be fixed. U do need someone from management to get their yard cleaners to visit me I need yard clean up car doozies and some weeds. I can't do it I have back probs. Can only do a little. hope it will only cost fifty to sixty dollars that's all I can pay for that now.

It’s a nice community, all my neighbors are very nice and not nosey, they mind their own , and that the way I like it, but we all look out for each others properties, in love my unit very cozy , when I needed somthing to be fixed they did their very best to get it looked at or fixed ASAP, overall all , except for my non working fridge and smelly water everything was great.

Royal Glen is a beautiful place and a wonderful family community ! I love this place just moved in and neighbors are awesome , everyone looks out for each other too! great place 🙂

This is my very first time living in a mobile home park and I’ll have to admit that it’s has been very pleasant. The community is clean and quiet.

Recent purchase there. People in office are Great. Nice and accomodating!!
