Hong Kong City Restaurant

It was my first time at the restaurant. Four of us arrived for lunch. We were seated quickly. Very nicely decorated dining room. We ordered drinks and appetizers, which arrived quickly. I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, Egg Roll , and Wonton Soup. Everything was delicious. The waiter was very nice and attentive.

Hong Kong is always a hit. Great food every time, they always have a table no matter what day/time. We will go here after not being able to get a table elsewhere for 45 mins and they have sat us immediately. Never a wait. The only bad thing here is they barely ever give refills. The waiters come only 3x; to order, to give food, and the bill. It's hard to find someone to get you a refill of soda anytime in between, so I advise tiny sips. Of course, sitting at the bar is a different story.

Really nice and comfortable well established and well known Chinese restaurant. Great menu from traditional Chinese to sushi and all kinds of drinks. There will be something for everyone. Prices were also quite reasonable. Plenty of parking and plenty of tables. Only take reservations for 8 and up. We've been there only twice and decided to make this place our favorite Asian Restaurant. Be careful how much you order, you may bring home lunch and dinner for the next day.

Met with work friends there and we enjoyed every second of it. Great flavors and fresh foods. Amazing drinks and overall ambiance.

Been going here for years. Hard to find a better Chinese restaurant than this. Cool aesthetic inside with rich history of being a nightclub. Drinks always a perfect blend. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

One of the better places to get Chinese food in Taunton. If you carry out, your food comes out quickly & efficiently. However, if you dine in, the food is wonderful and the service is amazing. The staff are very friendly and I have never had bad service here. Thank you for being a great spot for some delicious food.

Excellent hot and sour soup! A good one is hard to find. 2023, lunch specials are now 12.95, but still a good deal, can never eat it all and take some home!! Comes with soup, rice and choice of egg roll or crab rangoon.

Great food and experience first time coming here and had a great experience. The floor plan is open and can have huge family meals. The portions of food ordered are large for 2. I had chicken lo mein and chicken teriyaki and it was great ate it all. This place also has sports and a bar. Can see nice sculptures inside aswell. Will return to try more food can come single or family sized or can even order to go.

It was New Year's Eve, and they handled the huge crowd of people who ordered takeout very well. When I got it home, the food was great!

Excellent mushrooms and beef. Beef is very tender. Make sure you ask for fresh mushrooms otherwise you might get canned.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. We had sesame chicken w fried rice and crab rangoon and general gao's chicken with white rice and crab rangoon. Both plates came with a cup of soup which I forgot to take a picture of. Piping hot and delicious. Combo plates were great too. We were in and out. Hong Kong City is now on my list of places to stop for lunch when I'm in the area.

We came back because the food was on time, good price, and great tasting.
We will keep coming back because the front desk service is tremendous. After a while they start to recognize you, and that adds a little delightfulness.

Food is usually good but not tonight. Rice was burned. We got another one to take home, rice wasn't burned but it didn't taste good

Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Wait times aren't very long at all for pickup and the staff is super friendly.

Good place. Wish I could get spicy string beans with lobster sauce but they don't let you make any substitutions I guess.

All Around a Great place. Awesome People, great service. Very welcoming.

We had a group of six.
Each of us Got separate items, as well as a couple of collective dishes (Rice, etc.).
Everybody enjoyed everything very much! I
Well-prepared, very professional server.
All items were tasty,
and again our server was very attentive to the party. Will be going again.
… Maybe not every week, but definitely soon!

Huge portion . Had to get a doggie bag ! Service was good , Prices very reasonable.

Excellent Chinese/sushi restaurant. First their is plenty of free parking. They have a good menu with plenty of food to choose from. The cuisine they serve is fresh, and made to order. A large bar area serves up speciality cocktails, and adult beverages. The waitstaff is attentive, and polite. The restaurant / bathroom s are clean, and doesn't smell. I'm a repeat customer that gives this place two thumbs up!
