I purchased an admittedly high mileage 04 Tacoma from them and while it was in excellent condition it ended up running into some mechanical problems the day I took it home and the check engine light came on. When I took it back they told me that they would take care of everything at no cost to me. Though it took time to find the problems and their mechanic spent a week chasing a vacuum leak I eventually received the truck in full working condition with a valid inspection sticker. Al and the crew went above and beyond to earn my trust and respect and even apparently lost money on the sale just for the sake of their integrity. While I hope they find a way to better test and maintain their vehicles, they absolutely redeemed themselves in the after sale.

I had limited time to car shop and a very tight budget when I decided to stop by Ally Motor Group. I'm a student and desperately needed a affortable reliable vehicle for school. The salesman found me a Chevy Malibu that fit my tight budget! The price he gave me was more than fair and far below the actual value. I am very pleased with my purchase, for an older car it runs great! the salesman made my first time car buying experience easy. I never felt pressured and everything was explained to me clearly. The salesmen were warm, welcoming, and honest.

It was pouring rain that day at Ally Motor Group and I had my 130lb Rottweiler with me while car shopping. Rather than leave my dog outside he invited my huge dog inside with us! Those are the personal details that one remembers when recommending dealerships to friends and family! There customer service went above and beyond! No games, reliable cars, and great prices. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I stopped into Ally Motor Group interested in a particular vehicle, after seeing it online. Dave's customer service was excellent and he immediately printed a car fax for me and answered all of the questions I had about the vehicle's history. He even made a couple of phone calls, to provide me with answers to what he was unsure of.

I left the lot that day with a deposit on the vehicle and a plan to come back in two days to purchase. When I returned, the car was clean and ready to be driven off the lot, with a courtesy half tank of gas. Al took care of what was needed with my insurance company prior to my arrival. The paperwork went very smoothly and took less than 30 minutes to complete. The car was priced fairly, within book value, and they gave me the option to take care of inspection and registration for me.

It has been 3 weeks with the car and I am loving it. My one complaint was that the brakes were squeaky and, when I communicated this, I was reassured by Ally Motor Group that it could be from sitting for a little, and I could come back if the problem did not resolve itself. My mechanic has checked it out for me and confirmed that there should be nothing to worry about.

They also allowed my mechanic to look at it . We negotiated a great price and the financing was made very easy with good rates and accurate. We just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ally Motor Group in Seekonk. Lou and Kim were easy to work with, they made buying a nice used car easy. They registered and inspected it for us and even fixed a couple of small items on the Jeep without even asking. When I got there I was greeted by a professional sales associate who had a wealth of knowledge on every car in the lot. That was just the beginning once I decided to move forward with the truck Al and the group took the lead on everything. Fair negotiations and handled all my questions and financing needs. After going to multiple dealerships in RI and MA I came to Ally, the Finance manager Al took care of everything making the process easy. Very fair trade in value and took care of the X3 I bought when it needed the tail light repaired without hesitation. Al was great to deal with, and honest. I've been to many dealerships, but this is the only one I can safely say that I'm happy with my used car purchase. The team here are professionals and friendly. Great local dealership. I bought a mini cooper here. I did not feel pressured in any way. Louis and Kim were very accommodating. They looked for additional accessories and gave me what they found. They also sent it to the body shop to fix a scratch I wasn't comfortable walking away with and included an additional key to be made. They took my car as a trade. I'd definitely go back in the future!

Lou & Kim were absolutely fantastic; they made what would normally be a very stressful process completely painless and even enjoyable. They are down-to-Earth, awesome people who were extremely welcoming and put no pressure on us what-so-ever when it came to purchasing our car. They were patient and flexible with us for any hurdle along the way, and provided a much more personal and comforting experience than any large dealership possibly could - all of which we are so appreciative of!

After dealing with a bad dealership (Grieco Honda of Johnston)we walked onto ally motors lot looking at a 11 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. Walked in today to look at a Ranger truck and was treated very well by both Lou and Kim.
I test drove the vehicle, made the deal and had everything wrapped up very quickly. Often times at larger dealers it takes hours waiting around and them stalling to try and sell you things you do not want or need...non of that here, no nonsense, great experience. Will recommend to anyone.

I had a easy fast and efficient time finding the car on car guru. Bob and Christian were a big help!!! little miscommunication here and there but they did their best to keep me happy and get me in the car and be legit on the road. When I did get the car the brake light was out on the right passenger side and interior lights not working. Aside from that the car drives great!!!

Great customer service!! Although we didn't buy here, we were pleased with the service we did receive. I would definitely recommend shopping here for a used vehicle. The "big dealers" are like playing Deal or No Deal.
