"Call ahead for an office appointment." Saw the sign on the door as I walked up to it. I called them, and they immediately and courteously assisted me.

I asked to have the date of death cut on my Mothers headstone. All the other lettering had been hand cut, including my fathers information. They were hesitant, as it would not match. After looking into hand cutting, finding it would cost thousands of dollars, I went back to Stanley. I could not be more happy with my decision! I am so relieved, it looks just wonderful. I would not hesitate to use this wonderful company again.

This place did a wonderful job with my father's headstone. The staff was friendly and courteous and everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Surprisingly rude and uncooperative. Almost a bit crazy. Short and unfriendly. Family member wanted to use them, closest to us. We all regretted it. Just cant believe someone in this of all businesses is so mean! do not recommend.

Very unprofessional service. No communication or call backs. Had to keep calling them for updates. Almost 6 months. Went to another service. Got it done with communication in 2 weeks.. If I could give it a half star I would. Very disappointed

Immediate attitude as soon as I entered the building. Woman I met with insulted me by saying you know the price of that stone is over $3000 like I couldn't afford it. I'll bring my money and business somewhere else.

The worst in customer service.. they just strung me along telling me that can do the job and then never heard from them

"Sales and purchasing department" was very rude when they heard we looked at buying from a local Funeral Home. Terrible service, very unwelcoming.
