I highly recommend Fasy & Brown as the place to go for Orthodontics!! Having been a Patient myself when I was a teen, to my kids having their treatment here, we have all had exceptional treatment and perfect smiles! Crystal & Vonetta have always been great with regards to scheduling & financial coordination. Diane & Christine are the BEST Ortho assistants and take the best care of you!! Dr Brown & Dr Fasy are so sweet and caring, they both provide the most excellent care and make a GREAT TEAM!!

I had a great experience with Drs. Fasy and Brown. They were always friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had regarding my adult braces. They also have a great team working with them, and it was a pleasure getting to know the staff during my orthodontic appointments. I would recommend Drs. Fasy and Brown without any hesitations if you are seeking good orthodontic work.

The Fasy/Brown Team is an incredibly caring and professional group of caregivers that consistently deliver top-notch patient experiences. Both my 19 year old and 12 year old now have braces, which of course can be scary but the Fasy/Brown Team made both of their experiences non-threatening and comfortable. They explained everything along the way, giving us all the options and educating the kids as to the why and how was key to calming their nerves. My 12 year old was actually looking forward to braces (that was definitely not my braces experience as a teenager, lol). Crystal and Vonetta up front always work hard to find appointment times that work for us and are super accommodating when we have to make changes (even last minute ones). All in all we have been super happy with the Fasy/Brown Team, they are great.

Ladies in the front desk are awesome, they are always in a happy mood, willing to help you. The ones in the back, even though the wear a mask you can tell they smile when receiving you. It is clear that everyone knows what they are doing and works to make the overall experience of going for orthodontics, a pleasant one.

It's been a 2.5 year journey that we couldn't imagine doing with any other Orthodontics. Caring, compassionate, quality equipment and craftsmanship, consultations (as often as you need to feel comfortable), sending congratulations through the mail when we made a high school team or reached a milestone. You name it, this office does it. It was more than Orthodontic care for us. Highly recommended for braces and all after care.

I came here as a teen and now bring my son here. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I called in the day before Thanksgiving because my son’s top wire came loose and was poking his check. I didn’t know that the office was closed but they were still able to take him so he could get it fixed. We were very happy to be able to get it fixed since it was a long weekend!

Our experience thus far has been great! The staff members have always made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible and were super accommodating when we needed last minute appointments for broken spacers!

All 3 of my children have gone through the office for services. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. They were extremely supportive and patient with one of my children who has major anxiety. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Drs Brown and Fasy did a beautiful job of correcting my children's teeth.The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

When I was in my 40s I decided that I wanted to correct a few things with my smile. After a recommendation from a relative and a lot of research, I chose Fasy and Brown. I got braces and the entire process from consultation to final visit was great. The staff is fantastic. They are professional, friendly, always willing to answer questions and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing the entire time they were working on me. The doctors are amazing, always explain what is happening, are very knowledgeable and caring and take the time to make you feel confident and comfortable. 10 years later, not only do I still love my new smile, my son is now a patient and Dr. Fasy will be putting his braces on soon. I highly recommend this practice.

I have to say that Everyone at Fasy and Brown have been wonderful through my whole experience with getting braces. I got off to a great start with Nealy and Dr. Fasy. Then also with Christine, Diane and Dr. Brown of which everyone was so pleasant and professional. The ladies at the front desk were always very pleasant and professional as well. I have been super happy with the care we have received thus far. The staff are helpful and kind. I appreciate the opportunity as a parent to have zoom calls with orthodontists, where they can explain things in detail and answer questions.

Both of my kids have gone to Fasy and brown and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to start their orthodontist road. They didn’t rush to put braces on. There were stages that they go through first to get the best outcome. One of my favorite things, which speaks volumes for the type of office they are is their staff retention and consistency. The faces and voices have been consistent since day 1 which is about 3 years ago. Their communication is on a different level than I have ever seen (I work in medical). They are accommodating to school schedules and make it easy for parents when there is more than 1 child by scheduling together when able.

Before going to Fasy and Brown I had been to two other Orthodontists. Fasy and brown was the least expensive and the Orthodontists were much more thorough. Every visit was seamless and they have a well organized office. Your appointment is always on time and the staff was great to my daughter. Would definitely recommend this office!

Both of my daughters have been seeing Dr. Fasy & Dr. Brown the past several years. From the front office staff, to the technicians and support to both doctors, we have been more than pleased with our experiences. They are accommodating and thorough, kind to our girls and always help to put them at ease. They actually look forward to going to the orthodontist! Great job! We refer all our friends here, too!

Two of my three children have already been patients at Fasy & Brown. I’m sure my last one is not far behind! Communication with the office is great and I find them very affordable compared to the other offices we vetted with our oldest child. They are great at explaining the process to the kids and relieving any anxiety around the process.

We have had a wonderful experience at this office. The entire staff is really nice and professional. My daughter is taken in for her appointment on time every time! The staff have been wonderful with answering any and all questions we have had throughout her orthodontic experience. I also love that you can call after hours for orthodontic emergencies and speak to someone for advice. Overall I am very happy we chose Fasy & Brown Orthodontics.
