I am so impressed by this office—everyone I have dealt with has been courteous, efficient and kind. Dr. Roussel’s thoroughness and thoughtfulness when dealing with my medical concern is so reassuring. I was nervous going in but left feeling happy and supported—5 stars is not enough.

Had an early appointment, it was easy to get there, check in and get processed for a procedure. Warm coverup and blankets... Mmmm toasty. Everyone in the rooms and recovery were RI nice. All good.

Friendly and helpful staff … Respectful and courteous.. the Dr Malik is the best he is funny and really cares .. he explained everything to me. Office, waiting room,exam room very clean..

I’ve had over ten colonoscopies at RIH in the past fifteen years . I went to university gastroenterology because my Dr switched over. I found out how exceptional university is . From the receptionist to the anesthesiologist they were so professional and compassionate. I will always go to university gastroenterology from now on. Ten stars ⭐

I had a great experience with Bridget b. Fitzgibbon. She was wonderfully polite and patient. She was very thorough with her examination. She was helpful with her suggestions to help me feel better. I felt comfortable and confident that she was looking out for my best interest. I would recommend her to anyone I knew if they were in my same situation. I am happy to know that she will be helping me!!

Went for a colonoscopy July 31, 2023. Dr Newton and his staff were wonderful. I was feeling terrible from the pre op
Pills. The staff really took good care of me (as I was a bit of a handful)Highly recommended.

I went here for the first time quite a long time ago and have had nothing but the best experience! Of course nobody like the prep that goes with it but the staff are great & they have a great sense of humor if the patient does. I try to keep the humor going because it’s not always pleasant for them either.
The first doctor I had was Dr. Paul Van Zuiden and he also took care of my mother, he was phenomenal. Not sure of the second Dr.s name but he was great as well and this time I had Dr.Pranith Perera who was fantastic & made me comfortable, I am not a fan of new Doctors to begin with, but he was very nice as was the staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Lidofsky for about 3 years and he is absolutely amazing ! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is extremely thorough in finding the problem . He is also very calm and low keyed with a great bed side manner. When I go to my appointment I don’t usually wait more than 10 minutes.

I see the nurse petitioner But my Dr name is Cheng I only seen him twice he did my colonoscopy But I love my nurse petitioner She the sweetest she’s on dr cheng group I won’t change them for no other doctors they take good care of me

Been with Dr k p for years and would not switch Dr for anything. He will come to your bed at the hospital. Humble and honest.
