The receptionist, Kim is super nice and helpful! I spoke with a different receptionist there when becoming a new patient who was also very helpful (didn’t catch her name). It’s clear that the office staff and Dr. Haley really care about their patients!

I have been a patient for overall probably 25 years. The practice has changed but so has everything else in the world. I see Dr. Sean Haley and he is great. Even when my insurance was out of network, I paid full price to go there and see him. I’m not an easy patient and also don’t like to wait for anything. They take great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been coming here for at least 5 years now, if not more, and always have a good experience. I go in every few months and don't have a huge wait though I'm sure some days are more hectic than others since that's the nature of a medical office. There are few times that they have a wait for phone calls but again, that's to be expected sometimes. I feel like my doctor listens and addresses my concerns every time I'm seen. The staff is normally friendly though they are human and probably have some rough days. I feel like others who have left negative reviews (like the one saying 'they said hello when they answered the phone' like holy hell lol one mistake and negative review, just don't leave one!) aren't kind and understanding of a medical office setting whatsoever and if they had worked for one they may understand better the stress they can feel sometimes. I've worked in vet offices, while different species of mammals lol, the work I did was essentially the same as a medical assistant and receptionist so maybe I'm more empathetic to the situation than someone who doesn't have that experience. Anyway, overall this office is amazing and I've never considered finding a new doctor, I'm very happy here.

I have been coming here for years and would not even think to go anywhere else. The staff and medical team is fantastic and caring. Dr. Lowney has to be the best Dr in his field. I would highly recommend this practice if your unhappy or looking for a change from your Dr.

After looking for a primary care doctor for weeks I called here at last and I’m very happy I did. The staff was great, very professional And courteous. They were able to see me within 10 days.When everyone else was telling me two months.Dr. Sean Haley was great and professional I Couldn’t be happier with the treatment that he gave me..already scheduled my next Physical for next year, Thanks to the great work from the staff Really appreciate it..

My husband and I switched to this practice a couple years ago and we have even taken our daughter here since she was born. The staff is absolutely amazing and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. We all specifically see Kaylee Henriques, FNP. Kaylee is extremely attentive and really listens to you. Kaylee is great with interacting with our little one and makes the visits feel much more comfortable than expected (especially vaccine appointments!). I couldn’t say enough great things about this doctors office.

I'm bewildered by the negative reviews of this place. My physician is Sean Haley, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the entire staff. I have a chronic health issue that requires me to have a great amount medication and lifestyle choices to keep it in check and Dr. Haley is a valuable resource and a partner in that part of my life. The staff and assistants are all pleasant and professional.

For the past 20 years my Dr's office was part of a huge conglomerate and, I may have stayed there if they didn't decide to stop taking our insurance plan. I'm so thankful they kicked us to the curb.

Dr Haley with Family Medical is so down to earth. He's joyful, talkative, considerate...I mean when I see him for this and that he actually looks me in the eye and listens....and talks like a normal person who appears to like his job very much.

The practice is a small but nobody appears to be stressed out, overworked or irritable. Billing is in another location but it all runs smoothly with a client portal with reminder messaging etc.

We move the whole family there. If you want to be treated like a person and feel like the all that money you spend for healthcare is going toward something that isn't a hassle to deal with....this is your new Dr.

I mean, you can call the office and ask to speak to the Dr, they put you on a brief hold and he actually comes to the phone. That's crazy personable, don't you think?

Marianne Mearn and her student were absolutely wonderful today. Very thoughtful listeners and provided really helpful information. All of the Drs and nurse practitioners I have seen over the last 6 or so years have been great. The staff has always been prompt and friendly and my prescriptions are filled right away.

I have been a patient at Seekonk Medical Family Associates for years and every visit has been outstanding! Everyone from the office staff to the healthcare providers are professional, caring, and take care of anything and everything that I need. In the past year my 2 daughters transitioned from their pediatrician to SFMA and the process was seemless! Whenever I call for anything the staff works with the providers and gets the job done! I am thrilled that my family is part of this practice.

I had to change Health providers after many years with my PCP. As you can imagine this was somewhat stressful. I found Dr Lowney at family medical associates in Seekonk and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The office is easy to get to. The staff who greeted me were very friendly and helpful. The introduction to the practice was very easy and Dr Lowney is awesome. From the start I have been very comfortable with this transition. I would highly recommend this practice.

Since I found Doctor Haley here at Family Medical Assoc. I have never been happier with a physician. The staff at the front desk are always great. I love it at Family Medical Associates. It feels just like that when u are there family.

As new patients, we are thrilled with the quality of care provided and the friendly, helpful staff. I had needed to see a doctor for an urgent matter. They welcomed me and my ASD teenage daughter to their family. Our new patient physicals were almost immediate and very thorough.
Their on-line portal is user-friendly and shows results of all our tests and exams. The follow-up calls are always prompt and curteous.

Dr. Sean Haley is wonderful. He calls me personally when I am in serious trouble, and has staff call when he needs to see me but lets me know it is not an urgent situation, so that I don't have to be overly concerned. He is highly intelligent, concerned about the well being of his patients; wants the best for them. He never over prescribes meds. He refers me to specialists only after explaining the reasons. I never feel rushed. He is always kind, patient and reasonable. I have lived in four states and seen many doctors and he is top notch in my book. I am sure the other doctors and NP's are just as capable. It is that kind of practice.

I have been going to this office for many years now and I find the office staff and the doctor's to be quite easy going and professional. They make you feel at ease and you're always given the best care. Outside of a phone system that has been giving them issues, I have no complaints about any visit I have had there.
