I've been coming to Hot Topic for literal decades and am so happy they're still around. The staff at this location were great, and I was happy for the online pickup line so I didn't have to wait in the big line with everyone else. Definitely staying modern despite having been around forever! Keep up the good work guys!

Always a pleasant surprise going in there.

Often I browse and shop hot topic online, but I also go in-store for the free pick up of online orders. Usually I can find some products in-store that I didn't notice online. This hot topic location has a great staff. They are friendly, give great recommendations and extremely helpful everytime I go in. I am very thankful this location is near me. As fans of the themes (Disney, anime, music and anything superhero related) and variety of merchandise to choose from, it's a great store to shop for myself and my friends.

Not my thing, but grandchild loves it. Bought extra items as advance birthday present. We went out to dinner a couple of days later, and I did thi k the outfit was stylish and cute.

I've been a long time customer of hot topic and have always loved their products and services. I actually still have my hot topic membership card from like 2009. The interior of their stores is always very clean and organized and I always love their soundtrack and interior design choices

Now if I'm being honest with you Hot topic is a good clothing store and I still go there to this day but not as much I used to just because I was heavily involved in that scene when I was in high school but unfortunately I did change directions and started liking new thing but I still love on the ascetic of hot topic and two what they have to offer. They are in no way a bad clothing store and I think everyone can find something they love.

Was a very good visit. Cashiers were very nice and professional. Was buy 2 get 1 free in the entire store. Found some good pops and an inuyasha necklace. Was awesome. Can't wait to visit again.

Very friendly employees. Picked one item but was told there was a sale and so we got the sale! The items inside the store was also new. Not stuff that's been there for months.

Such an amazing place always great deals the manager is really awesome I messed up on something and he let me get my extra item as well as a refund hot topic is a fan!!!!

I mean, I'm not really HT's demographic (that could change it they carried Eeyore t-shirts in my size, just sayin') but I had a heck of a discount, so I got a Critical Role t-shirt for my wife.
I had it delivered to the store and picked it up, which was fast and convenient. The manager found my package quickly, opened it to check the product, bagged it, and I was on my way.

As far as customer service personal experience they are always a five as far as merchandise in store 4.5 I only say that because I went looking to buy gauges and the selection was sparse.

Hot Topic is always worth a visit. The staff is very friendly and the store is well organized.

This place is awesome. Literally, I was actually surprised to see it while shopping at Arizona mills. There is Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel and many more themed items. There are items on sale as well including BOGO, BTGO and extra discount sale coming up after July. You will get a 15$ coupon if you shop for more than 30$ now until stocks last. It worth visiting. Not so pricey and really appealing. Make sure that you are in control :D Its so tempting if you are fan ...

Very nice, knowledgeable workers. Ship products from website to store for free. They carry a variety of clothing and accessories for popular shows (anime, cartoons, Disney) and a smaller variety of music/band tees than there used to be.

Great variety of Dragon Ball and My Hero Acadamia shirts and products. Decent jewelry sales and okay variety of gauges/plugs.

Always a great experience at Hot Topic! Love the Funko Pop wall and always find some good exclusives here. I highly recommend following the store's Instagram to get a heads up on new releases.
