Swansea Playground

Nice big park for all ages to enjoy. Baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, restroom, seating/picnic tables and a large playground for the kids to enjoy.

I’ve been going to this playground for as long as I can remember. My kids call it “the one at mommy’s school” since Case is across the street. I know a lot of people like the basketball and tennis courts , or even the soccer or baseball field (at least I’m pretty sure there’s soccer too. There is also a nice paved path around the whole area. I’m not sure on the exact distance but it was great for my son learning to walk.

In the playground area there are two main play sections with the teeter totter separating and one separate larger slide/climbing area. There are slides and swings for all ages and levels. The only thing it’s missing in my opinion is a swing for children with special needs, and an added splash pad would literally make it pretty close to perfect. I’ve never found it difficult to park, there’s only a few spots attached to the playground but across from the park and fields is the main parking area where there is more than enough spots.

It’s Swansea so I doubt you are going to find any danger here and the town and residents are all good about keeping it clean. I don’t think dogs are allowed in the play area

This park is always clean. Playground isn't all broken up. Graffiti isn't all over the place. It's really a beautiful park for the kids to play at. An we'd love to make sure it stays that way. They really do a great job of taking care of the ball fields & playground. Swansea Police do patrolling going through there all the time. So it's definitely safe.

It was recently redone, and is even better than before. Very kid-friendly.

Enjoyed the tennis courts, although we don't play tennis, we play pickle ball. Wish there were actual pickle ball courts in Somerset and Swansea!
