Went there today for the first time. I picked Dr. David Ramos as my new Primary Care Physician. I'm SOOOO Happy I did. He asked alot of questions In regards to my health. Very caring and polite. His staff are all helpful. They're all Great. Would Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a caring smart Doctor. I've been associated with Charter Care Centers and Hospitals for a long time and they're all Great. Thanks to Doctor Ramos, Kristen his nurse and the receptionist who all made me feel so Comfortable. Can't wait to see them all again.👍😀👍😀

Currently having issues with their phones😷😲 Nurse Practitioner David & Receptionist is the best.

This guy is a fantastic Dr. his staff is very pleasant to deal with.

Dr Ramos is Professional, Office Staff is wonderful and helpful.

Loved it here but they have an issue with the phones I think, they never answered the phone. I had to go in person to speak with them cause it was impossible to get a hold of them. They are all very nice staff though!

Sad that my doctor left though, he was a really great doctor.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Rings once then makes that old-school “busy” sound.
But Dr. Ramos is really great 👍

Staff never returns phone calls. Truly sad because the doctors are great.

Avoid this clinic. Please take care of yourself as a patient, they do not care about you here. Some things I've experienced:

- When a lab in the network lost my results, they would not help me contact the lab for weeks until I reached out to a patient advocate at the hospital.

- Called 31 times over 4 weeks to try and reschedule an appointment. Finally drove over one morning to talk to them in person/cancel

- When I did have an appointment with Dr. Tatiana Antoci, they put me in an exam room to wait for an entire hour (I was ten minutes early for my appointment). She came in, pat me on the back, then spent one minute asking me about my results.

Horrible place. Two appointments in a row. They have been late 40 minutes or more. The last time I came here the doctor just gave me some super addictive medicine for sleep. Because they couldn’t get me in at my schedule time, the lab close and I had to come back a completely different day just to do bloodwork.

Honestly looking for a new pcp. The office does not turn on their phones to answer calls until way after opening, meaning if you have an appt before they turn the phones on and are running a few minutes late just turn around they will not see you. They don’t seem to care about their patients and the front office staff has been nothing but horribly rude if you dare to ask a question. Would not recommend this place to anyone who has any kind of health issues they need consistent care and attention for because you won’t be getting that here.

1 year later..still awful. David is still great but the secretaries answering the phone just don't answer. They pick up and hang up. David Ramos please consider leaving that practice so your patients don't have to leave you. You are too good to work for a practice who doesn't hold employees accountable.

The front desk staff never answer calls or return calls. Was told by the doctor I saw there she takes walk-ins, I wasn't feeling well and the staff told me to go to the emergency walk in. Not the first time they've done this.

Me and my wife have been there for two years. Doctor is good we were happy, but front desk is terrible. I had called them over 10 times within 3 weeks, left messages no one ever responded to my call or messages. I decided to change my PCP. Every one on the front desk should be replaced with the better people who cares, who does his/her work right.

Getting in touch with someone to simply make an appointment with my doctor is virtually impossible. Either nobody answers the phone or it does not even ring and I have had to call Roger Williams Medical Center and be patched through or alternatively just drop in without an appointment. Staff told me that they have been having phone troubles, and they are short of staff but it is apparent from many other Google reviews that this is a chronic problem, although I have great respect for the physicians and nursing staff.
