Great place for handicapped accessible vans. The sales team are awesome. They really take care of you from start to finish, even driving from mass to rhode island to put plates on the van I purchased. They go above and beyond.

I have hand controls in my car and the button that engages the controls malfunctioned. I called the two MW stores nearer to me and one said a 10 day wait, the other a 16 day wait. Andy at MW Attleborough took me right away with the understanding that they'd try to service my car if they had a canceled appointment. I had my car towed and Andy, Randy and Lee called me multiple times to understand the malfunction to repair it correctly without costing me too much $$. It took exactly 24 hours for them to replace the button and reset the computer. I couldn't be more pleased. Even though they are much further away, they will get my continuing service needs business.

Sarah and her team at Mobility Works in Attleboro were amazing.
Very kind and empathetic. We did not expect to need a wheelchair van, nor did we have much knowledge. She scheduled several appointments, and patiently explained the differences and worked hard to find a van in our price range. Since then we have spoken to several other of their clients who have all been happy with the sales and service.

This was my first time buying a wheelchair conversion van. Sarah went above and beyond with assisting us with the process. She was kind enough to bring a van to our house to try with my husband’s wheelchair. She was very knowledgeable.

This place is great! They adapted two of my son's cars so far. There are no unpleasant surprises when you work with them. The parts and their prices are revealed up front, making an appointment is easy, and everything runs smoothly. If there are any concerns or if a slight tweak needs to be made for the driver, they are very understanding and accommodating. Robert in Sales and Lee in Service are exceptional.

The staff at MobilityWorks in Attleboro are absolutely amazing! From the purchase years ago, to the major repairs I recently needed. Lee and his service department have been a tremendous help with my van. When my transmission went the ending of last year, Lee went above and beyond to ensure my van was perfect for me when it was done. He also prevented me from having additional trouble down the road. When I’m ready to purchase another accessible van, it will definitely be from MobilityWorks in Attleboro.

My husband and I had a very good experience purchasing our second handicapped accessible van from Ride-Away. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Sarah Hogan was very knowledgeable about the van and its features. She took time explaining them to us. She listened carefully to my needs and concerns and took care of them. She was also very efficient with all the paperwork and explained it thoroughly before we signed it. She responded to my phone calls quickly and efficiently.
Lee, the Service Manager, was very helpful and pleasant providing some extra service needs for me.
I LOVE my van and its features. It meets all of my handicapped needs. Sarah and Ride-Away made our van buying experience pleasurable.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles through this company and have always been treated with respect and honesty. Our salesman Bob is so patient and knowledgeable. He has always returned our calls in a timely manner as well as listened to our concerns and the needs of our son. We will be using this company for as long as we need a conversion vehicle. Lee Sable is the BEST! He went above and beyond for our family to find a solution to our Toyota Sienna wheelchair van problem. He is also a lot of fun and a straight shooter. Lee communicates well and with a great sense of humor. He went the extra mile for our family. We are very very grateful to him and the team at Mobility Works Attelborough:)

We have been using Ride-Away for service on our converted Honda since we moved here 3 years ago. I cannot say enough great things about Lee and his team in the service department. They are straight forward, helpful and accommodating. They have always stood behind their work and will always remedy issues if they are not quite right. We will continue to use them and probably buy our next vehicle from them despite the 1.5 hour drive.

My Bruno seat stopped working as we tried to get in the car. I called MobilityWorks. Within an hour they were at my house to assess the problem. The technician found the problem, contacted the manufacturer and got the part ordered. I dropped the car off after hours and by 2PM the next afternoon the seat was fixed and returned to me. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of handicap equipment!

To all who may ne interested,

I have been a customer only a short time (11 years), but I have never had a worry or concern when bringing any vehicle to Ride-Away for an adaptation accommodating my particular needs. Being a right leg AKA and 6' 2" tall, I very rarely am able to find a vehicle that gives me enough leg room. This was the case again when I brought my vehicle in last week on Wednesday April 29th. While I already had a left foot gas pedal installed by them previously, I still had some difficulty in a stretching my leg out comfortably. I talked this over with Robert and he assured me that they would be able to come up with a safe and secure solution. I brought my truck (2011 Honda Ridgeline) in and immediately was introduced to Joanna at the front desk, who could not be any more accommodating to me by offering assistance with coffee, snacks or anything else I could possibly need or require.. She was a perfect representative of professionalism with both assistance and humor combined. My situation did require quite a bit more work than originally was considered, but Lee continuously kept me up to date with what was going on and approximately when the work would be completed. All together this was again a most pleasurable and rewarding experience. My truck was corrected to my requirements, I made a number of new friends in the office and front desk and being a 100% disabled VN Vet, all of this combined was taken care of by the VA. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend this company and especially this office for any and all work to fix, adjust or create a solution for your requirements.
