My experience with Chris and New Wave Insurance has been the easiest of any dealings I have ever had in the past 25 years regarding Auto and Home Insurance. Chris is very honest and does not waste time which in my opinion is a very valuable commodity. I was with a major insurance company for the past ten years I will not mention them but you see their commercials on tv a lot. The bottom line is that Chris has saved me money and has provided us with better coverage than we had before. Let me say that again, we have better coverage on our auto and home insurance policies and we are paying less.

I switched my insurance to New Wave Insurance a few years ago and I am so grateful I did. They had the best rates around for NEW TEEN DRIVERS and I have two of them on the road now. Their rates were so much better but so was their coverage. They added "accidental forgiveness" onto each driver and I had no idea at the time the thousands of dollars that would save me. Recently my son had an accident and Chris took my call even though he was at an activity with his daughter. He immediately opened a claim for me and throughout the process has answered all my questions and has been extremely helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. His staff is amazing also - as I am a big fan of Amanda.

In my own experience, insurance agents are usually difficult to work with and very incompetent. However Chris from New wave, wiped the slate clean for me, and has really set himself far above any agent I’ve ever worked with. Presents you numerous options, treats like more than just a transaction, and above all else he responds remarkably quick whenever there is a situation. If you are looking for an insurance agent, Chris is definitely your guy.

New Wave Insurance is really great! They helped me set up a homeowners insurance for my first home and it was the best experience I had through the whole homebuying process.

I'm a first time home buyer. My wife and I just bought a house in Plainville, MA. We both are not from the area, so buying a new house and moving to a new place can be very stressful. When the time came to shop for a homeowner insurance I spent several days giving calls to different insurance companies. I would look up companies with good ratings on the websites like nerdwallet and moneygeek and then try to get a quote from them. After getting a half-dozen quotes I got really confused. First of all, to a person uninitiated to all the insurance jargon it is hard to make sense of the different numbers those quotes just throw at you without any explanation. Second, I couldn't understand why for the same house the numbers from different insurance companies would be so drastically different. For example, I would get very different estimates for dwelling coverage, that also seemed very low. When asked about these numbers the agents on the phone could only provide some vague unsatisfying explanations or just give a different number. This would not give me any confidence that I could actually rebuild my home if something bad were to happen.

Finally, fed up with this I decided to find an insurance agent local to Plainville area thinking that they would have a better idea about what I might need. I looked up New Wave Insurance on google and gave them a call. Chris was extremely helpful. He spent a good amount of time asking me various questions to understand my needs. He explained to me how different aspects of the insurance policy work and then he walked me through various alternatives trying to help me choose what would be the best homeowners insurance for my home. After that first phone call the New Wave Insurance were very fast to set everything up. They were very responsive and helpful. When my lender needed some information from them they were very quick to respond and even followed up with me by phone to check if everything is OK. Overall I had wonderful experience with New Wave Insurance and Chris!
