I needed replacement fixtures on my upstairs bathroom and new fixtures for a half bath. Although they were incredibly busy, they found time to complete my project. They were quiet, timely, professional and most important to me...quick. They don't do shoddy work, so they're not cheap, but I'm not a plumber, nor do I have any skill with regard to plumbing, and the job is now done. If you're like me, and you need professional plumbing services, Paul Freeman can get the job done.

Avoid this plumber at all costs. Just like other reviews state, he charges a ludicrous, insane amount of money. My mother asked him to help her with a leaky faucet. He was there at 2:00 and left at 3:30. He replaced the faucet during that time and charged her nearly $700. Seven. Hundred. Dollars. For ninety minutes of work and a new faucet. My mother, a widow in her 70s, negotiated with him and talked him down, and he still charged her $611. Still more than $600 for 90 minutes of work and a new faucet. And he did not give her an itemized receipt so she could see what she actually paid for. All together, it was appalling and reprehensible. Do not use this plumber if you can avoid it.

Extremely expensive and not great work. Charged a ridiculous amount of money for 20 min work. Do not use!

The owner of this company is so rude. We are forced to use this company due to a buddy buddy deal.
