Catman Cafe

This is a towny bar that welcomes outsiders, as well. The bartenders are great, providing fast service. They have entertainment like a coin-operated pool table, karaoke, and music bingo. They have a jukebox for when they aren't providing outside entertainment.

Have been a few times recently with a friend for lunch. Maureen was bartender- food and drinks were great.

I'm from a ways away in Erie, Pa. Came through for one night. I liked it here. Basicly locals; friendly bartenders. People seemed really nice. Recommended for a comfortable bar experience.

We went here and were pleasantly surprised. The place is a small dive bar however the food and service was really good. I have a gluten allergy and the cook came out to work with me on a custom meal based on what I wanted. The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable for the portion of food.

I absolutely love this place!! From the food to the service all in an awesome comfortable atmosphere. Nothings perfect but this is damn close

I like the new setup and was actually very impressed watching the staff. I noticed that they really took extra time to sanitize every inch of those booths and tables after each party. Made me feel safer about being there.

I had the risotto. It was cooked perfectly which is a big deal to me. Not alot of restaurants do it right. I was very impressed. Also, the portion of seafood with it was large and plentiful. I'll be ordering it again.

I was a patron at the Catman about 4 weeks ago. The service was impeccable and since they have coped with these new COVID rules, the place was extremely clean and comfortable. I did not feel as if there was one germ or dust particle in the place AT ALL!!! The staff were (as usually) very hospitable and friendly. The tables are spaced out and ALL staff is masked up as appropriate. They even made a very convenient window placed close to the bar to turn out food and lessen the transit time from the kitchen to bar. I was very impressed with the modifications they have made, and their food is still the great quality and expectation that is representative of their menu, as well as past experience. It is also STILL a great place to grab a drink with friends. I look forward to many more times at the Catman.

This is a hidden gem in Mansfield. It's not a fancy place nor is it someplace that jumps out at you, but the food is amazing and the beer is cold and very well priced. The workers there are really friendly and funny. If you're looking for a nice retreat from the usual this is the place to go. It may become your new favorite place to go!

We are local in Foxboro and Catman is our favorite. I like the food, the steak tips cooked tender and tasty, mashed potatoes are real,. my friend comes from Mansfield, he introduced me. The staff are efficient, accommodating and very very friendly. Bar staff serve quick and always with a smile no matter how busy and they do get busy. Patrons are super friendly, and all having a good time. A fun night even if you don't know anybody!

Driving around during the last storm looking for somewhere, anywhere to eat we noticed the Catman Cafe was open. I guess everyone else did also as the restaurant was crazy busy. We had a drink at the bar as we had to wait about 20 to 25 minutes for a table. Our waitress was very quick with our drinks, and let us know the kitchen was very busy and our food would be a little longer than usual, but was delicious when it did come. We got a couple pizzas to take home and my son raved how Great they were. Definitely found a new Place

My favorite hangout. Food is great. Service is excellent. Bartenders are attentive and friendly. Nice mellow crowd. Great place to chillout, have some steak tips and enjoy a cocktail while watching the game.

Had steak tips and shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Two in the party, ordered the same thing. Portions were not the same which was strange to me. However, the food was definitely worth a visit.

Love the Catman. I always feel welcome in there. The prices are great and so is the food.

The Catman Cafe has friendly bar staff and the food is awesome especially their prime rib they offer every Thursday night. Go check them out in Mansfield center you won't be disappointed. 💯

One of our favorite places to eat. Anytime we're in the area, Catman Cafe is our go-to restaurant. No bells and whistles - just friendly, efficient service and DELICIOUS food. So good, you can taste it just by thinking about it!! Thank you, Steve!!

My fiance had the Caesar salad with steak tips and it was perfect. I had the fish and chips it was perfect, great food.

Half bar, half restaurant. Good food.
Never gotten anything I didnt like.
Does have a kids menu.
I like the music selection also.
I have been many times.
Will return many times.
