Marcel & Family own this little gem of a jewelry store, and I was thrilled to find them when I needed them. Not only are they the kindest people you will ever meet, they have a wonderful selection of beautiful jewelry to choose from and do amazing custom work as well. They are incredibly knowledgable, insightful and help all the way with a quick turnaround delivery. My partner and I went to Plante Jewelers in search of the perfect diamond engagement ring and Pierre did not disappoint. We picked a beautiful diamond and decided on the setting. Once the setting arrived, Steve set it in the beautiful platinum cathedral setting that was custom made. WOW! It’s beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about Pierre and Plante Jewelers. We will be back for our wedding rings😊

I tend to only buy vintage jewelry, which has its ups and downs, but the folks at Plante are so knowledgeable, skilled, and honest that I can feel confident that I can turn to them for help with whatever I bring them.

I first visited Plante’s 30 years ago when my family was young and all I could do was window shop. I received the same care and attention then as I do now. Marcel created this incredible ring for me in memory of my mom and my godmother, with a stunning center tsavorite kissed with perfectly hued sapphires. It is the most beautiful thing I will ever own. You will never find this quality at big box jewelers. Nor will you encounter friends like Pierre, Nancy and Marcel who treat you like family every time you visit.

When my boyfriend and I spoke about marriage, I always told him that I didn't want anything to do with the engagement ring process -- I believed that he would select something that represented me and the love that we have for each other. So, when he proposed to me and I was done crying and screaming "oh my god", I finally got a good look at the beautiful ring that he purchased from Plante Jewelers.

The ring itself is gorgeous, but perhaps the story of his collaboration working with Pierre and the other amazing people at Plante Jewelers is what really made the experience truly unique. My boyfriend had a particular color and gem in mind, and the rest is history.

When we went back to the shop to get my ring resized, I felt welcomed from the get go. It's easy to go to a commercial jeweler such as Kay or Zales, but you won't receive the warmth and attention like that at Plante. We are looking forward to working on many other projects with this shop, especially our wedding bands!

My partner and I had a wonderful time working with Marcel and the team at Plante Jewelers to create a custom engagement ring. Marcel helped us find the perfect sapphire, and unique diamonds to match the gems we were incorporating from a family ring. He brought in stones from multiple buyers until we found the right ones. Throughout the process Marcel was incredibly accommodating and communicative and worked with me through multiple revisions to the band rendering to get it just right. Their jeweler also does expert work and the final product was flawless and exactly as planned.

We went here yesterday to find a birthstone ring for me that was different from what I had. I believe it was Marcel who helped us with finding my perfect ring. While I believe it was Pierre who helped put the ring guard on Marcel gave me the history of Plante Jewlers and it made me appreciate the ring more. In the end I was able to meet the whole family Pierre, Nancy and of course Marcel they are beautiful people who really care about their business but above all care about their customers.

What a wonderful experience working with the staff at Plante Jewelers in Swansea, MA! Marcel has a creative sense of the elements of design and applies a collaborative, “can do” approach to overcoming challenges in custom work. He and his team transformed my sentimental dream of a classic, timeless ring incorporating my diamond and my mom’s diamond earrings into one gorgeous and unique piece that I will treasure forever. When looking for the ring I proposed with I spent a WHILE bouncing through multiple jewelers and each one was the same as the last, go in, look around, and get a solid 5 minute speech on why buying from them is the right way to go. Walking into plante was a complete 180 to what I had experienced. They took time to make sure i understood every aspect of my purchase. They sat with me and showed me differences in diamonds and even went as far as telling me how a larger diamond which was worth more, doesn't mean its a better diamond compared to other options i left with so much new knowledge i almost asked for an application! Plante sold me based on amazing customer service, getting the perfect ring was also an awesome bonus! If I could rate 6 stars I would and if you got your ring from anywhere else you made a mistake.

We originally went to Plante Jewelers on the recommendation of a friend to look at engagement rings. Pierre took all the time we needed and patiently explained the various types of rings and diamonds. He is an expert at what he does and is genuinely happy helping others find just what they are looking for. My fiancé bought my engagement ring, on which I've received tons of compliments! We went on to purchase our wedding rings, as well as some other jewelry for the wedding. Every experience with Pierre, his wife Nancy, and their son Marcel, as well as all the other employees has been a joy. They take such great care with what they do, and help you with their knowledge and advice, without ever trying to push you into a purchase. They have a lovely selection for a range of budgets. They are a small family owned business that brings expertise, honesty, integrity to all that they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all of your jewelry needs. I know that we have found our "family jeweler" and will use them for all our needs in the years to come!

I popped into this little jewelers with a watch that I needed sized to my wrist. The owner Pierre was so friendly and helpful. He showed me how to easily resize the watch band myself. He also gave me some information on having some champagne flutes refinished. His wife Nancy showed me some of the unique jewelry they have beautifully displayed. I left with an adorable pair of sterling silver earrings. The shop is small and neat. It is not overwhelming as some other jewelers are. They are the nicest people and I look forward to visiting their nice little shop again!

My now husband got my engagement ring at Plante Jewelers and they were SO helpful! I didn’t want the typical diamond for my center stone and they were so amazing with getting the perfect moissanite of my dreams! We went with them for our wedding bands and they were just as amazing and helpful! I can’t recommend them enough. You can never go wrong with a family owned business like them!

My grandmother trusted Pierre with her favorite gems, my mother has worked with Pierre to have her engagement ring re-designed. My fiance brought a ring in that was my grandmother's to have a sapphire set in the center. Pierre and his team did a wonderful job with it and I love that we were able to turn it into my engagement ring. We also worked with Pierre to create our wedding rings. Both were from his estate collection and we were able to put sapphires and a diamond into my band, which I love. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the most precious items in my life. Pierre & his team offer the best customer service around. We are customers for life !

Plant Jewelers is a fantastic neighborhood family run business. Prices are reasonable and the jewelry is unique and of an excellent quality. Every time I go to have the battery changed in my watch I end up buying something or putting it on my wish list. They are always kind enough to clean my diamond ring or shine my silver necklace as a curtesy. Highly recommended.

Plante Jewelers have been our jewelers for over 35 years. They are honest and work hard to meet every need. We have bought both new and estate items from them and have always been more than satisfied. They have also searched for special orders for us, have repaired hard to repair items, have done thorough appraisals for insurance. You can trust them with all your jewelry needs.

I went to Plante jewelers with a heirloom outdated ring I wanted reset. They had me sit down with Pam. While I worked with Pam another woman kept my husband and children occupied by showing them gems and teaching them all about them. That was a wonderful relief otherwise I wouldn't of been able to stay and my family enjoyed it! I told Pam my budget and not much else, a week later she had about 8 designs drawn up. I was impressed. From those designs she took notes on what I liked and came up with more designs. Pam was patient, kind and very helpful. She did not rush me or pressure me. After all her hard work I picked a design we came up with together. It came in early and on budget! I love my ring and when it goes to my daughter I will send her back to Plante Jewelers to make it uniquely hers.
