I was in today and want to compliment the staff working on a day which feels like it should be a holiday. Kandy in the front was upbeat and got me to the back quickly. The RN who administered my injection was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

They genuinely care about you and their friendly and very professional and will actually talk to you

Wic department is nice, but when I call about anything else, they don't return my phone call. Called 2 days in a row and they transferred me to a different answering machine both times. Neither of which has returned my call. Also, there is incorrect information on their website about the number to call to schedule a car seat installation check.

Not good.
During the recent Covid scare, I phoned them asking for help as I live in a nursing home right behind it.
I was Promised they would have the Director phone me back.

It's been three years and I'm still waiting.

Called between the hours each time, left numerous messages, even called early. They apparently love to ignore phone calls & not return messages.

The WIC people are rude and nasty I feel like I was poorly treated because my race they just started at me afterwards because I said something about all the whispering that was going on very unprofessional
