Everyone here was welcoming and supportive, but we need to give credit where it’s due so shout out to BOB for being so helpful and friendly during our sale. Found my boyfriend his dream car! I was recommended by a friend to go to this place for a new used car and I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff are there to help. Chris Andrade has such a charismatic personality and is so awesome to work with. He took care of me in the most kindest ways I have ever dealt with a says person. He got me water because I was so hot and he was so easy to talk to and could talk to him for hours. The boss man was a great guy also. Lots of team work and friendly people around. Chris had went above and beyond with trying to make sure I left with the car I wanted and worked with my price range so much. I am very thankful for his service and attitude towards me. I appreciate all the work done between Chris and his boss. I could not recommend a better place or people to go to!

What a wonderful place! The staff here was super nice and helpful. Devin and Miguel were very professional and made me feel super comfortable in such a stressful situation. This was my first time buying a car from a car dealership and Devin helped me get the car that was right for me. He helped me go through my options and reassured me to take my time as it's an important decision to make. They treat you like family here and really do care that you leave with the best option. I will be coming back for any future car purchases. I will also be letting everyone know that if they are in need of a car to come here for a wonderful experience. Even before I decided if I'm getting Any vehicle at all. Daughter & I deciding between 2. I wanted to put cash on each to hold them for a couple days until we choose either ( or none ). Prestige Mitzubishi Auto Mart in East Providence ,was the only dealership my husband and I went to purchase a car! We searched hundreds of sites online ,and hundreds of car places ! We decided that Prestige would be our first stop, and ended up being our only stop ! ! We found the car, ..and we found the best dealership for us! We had a list of auto dealers. When we went to Prestige., They were so accommodating , no high pitch sales! Caroline Green , a sales person ,greeted us! She was so friendly…and had great knowledge of every aspect of the car! . She went over the great features of the car ,and also the past few quirks ,which they attended to promptly ! We got the perfect car for us ! She also took all the time , learning about us , and our needs! She really cared , and put our needs , budget, and shared great wisdom , if this would be a good fit for us! She affirmed the best car and features , and affirmed the car we loved , was a great fit! She went over ,in detail , the warranty. Etc with us ! The financing Dept , great knowledge and great service as well , addressing all our questions and the needs ! The manager, so professional ,as well as all the employees. They made the whole process, prior , overwhelming ! Inventory , as well, featured so many choices ! , , and with Caroline , I feel I met a friend! My car was totaled in an accident not of my doing. I was told that prestige auto was a reputable place to buy a car. Bob Martin assisted me in finding a car that I truley liked. I bought that same car and couldn't be happier.

My vehicle was rear ended and declared a total loss unexpectedly; I found myself in need of another one. I wanted another loaded Hyundai Sonata to replace my totaled one, which was not an easy find. I found an 07 Sonata at this dealership. Both Bob and Miguel were wonderful to work with! They were super-accommodating, made everything easy with the transaction from start to finish. The dealership offers EVR so I did not have to take the docs to an RMV nor pay for a runner, neither of which I wanted to deal with. Most dealerships barely do any service on a used vehicle; just the bare minimum so it will pass inspection, but Prestige did a full service; new brakes/rotors (front/rear), steering column/coupling service, they included floormats (carpeted) and a spare tire with a jack (state law only requires one or the other be included). A huge bonus was that the car was warmed up when I arrived. Not only is today the coldest day of the year and the winter season thus far, I showed up to take delivery without an appointment, so the fact that they warmed up the car was huge. I'm legit blown away at the level of service they gave both the vehicle and myself!

Lovely people, my husband and I went to get me a car. After everything was said and done, good car decent price just had to wait for registration was going to pick up my new Ford focus a few days later.

On our way out, our 23yr old truck would not start. Not only did they let us leave the truck overnight but Robert, our sales rep, gave us a ride home!

They were kind and courteous through the entire process, but even after they made the sale they still cared about our well being.

I am very thankful for the experience provided by the team at Prestige. Shopping alone for a car as a female can be very intimidating. I appreciate the entire team for providing me an amazing car buying experience.

I’m not gonna mince my words here, buy a car from my man Chris or else you’ll keep driving bum cars your whole life. One of the nicest and most hard working people I’ve encountered in customer service. I bought a 2012 Subaru which for me is big balling. He made sure I left with the best possible deal. I’m skeptical of literally every used car place I’ve been to but I’m grateful I took the leap of faith and rolled with these guys. Highly recommend.
